The service is designed for eligible passengers who have a long or overnight connection and need somewhere to rest before their next flight.

China Eastern confirmed in February 2026 that eligible passengers with a ticket number beginning with 781, traveling on flights operated by China Eastern or Shanghai Airlines, may receive one free night when connecting through selected airports.
