✅ You need to fill out the Taiwan Arrival Card if you are:

• A Filipino or any foreign visitor who does not have Taiwanese residency.
• Entering Taiwan for a short stay—whether it’s for holiday, business, or to visit family and friends.
• Traveling visa-free (like Filipinos on the 14-day visa-free entry), or using a visa or eVisa.

❌ You don’t need to fill it out if you are:

• A holder of an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), Resident Visa, or diplomatic ID issued in Taiwan.
• A Taiwanese national with household registration.
• Residents of Hong Kong, Macau, or Mainland China who already have valid Taiwanese resident permits or special travel documents.

Step 1: Go to the Official Website

Step 2: Start the Form

Enter your email address for verification. You may also scan or upload the photo page of your passport. This allows the system to auto-fill some of your details and saves you time.

Step 3: Provide Your Travel Information

• Flight number and arrival date
