Family Hotels in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

The room was decent, especially considering it's on an island; we had a king-size room. I found it quite clean and refreshing. While not huge, it was perfectly adequate. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and the staff there were very good, even helping us inflate our own floats. Breakfast was average, and the chairs were quite dirty. The front desk and general service staff were generally fine. However, the staff at the pre-island check-in counter were quite arrogant and their service was mediocre. Speedboats weren't available on demand and operated on a schedule. While the cable car didn't have a wait, it involved a lot of walking, making it less convenient than the speedboat.

A wonderful stay. Check-in a bit chaotic but overall a pleasant experience. Room is spacious and clean. The rooftop is amazing, weight room has all you need for a good quality exercise, and pool is nice. The breakfast is delicious and abundant; it has more of an Asian style but still with good options for those accustomed to Western breakfast preferences. The beach is two blocks away with many restaurants and souvenier shops on the way. I highly recommend Regalia Hotel. Great value for money.

It's located in downtown Nha Trang, so you can get around the best when traveling, and the hotel staff are so friendly! You can leave your luggage after checking out, and the hotel also has a scale, which is useful for checking the weight of your luggage. There are many restaurants, massage, and coffee shops nearby, so it seems to be the best location for traveling. For reference, I visited twice!

Great value for the money. The villa has a spacious living room, great for working; a nice small side garden. The territory is nice, green and well maintained. The staff is professional, it's great to see their sincere smiles. Will try to come here with the whole family next time for the vacation.

The staff's kindness was another 100. The facilities were incredible, perfect for families with kids—my son didn’t know where to start or end his day with all the activities available. I had a treat at the spa, and WOW! From choosing the treatment to the private room and the massage itself, it was an amazing birthday experience. We encountered a small issue with the bathtub, but the staff did everything possible to resolve it quickly. Our flight was quite late, and they offered us a late check-out with all the amenities. I would always return to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation.

There's a reason this hotel only has a 4.4 rating on Ctrip. **Pros:** The water park and pools are very convenient, and the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped. It's also just a 7-8 minute drive from the airport. **Cons:** I booked a twin room over a month in advance for around 1200 per night. This rate only included breakfast for two and was non-refundable. Closer to my travel date, I saw prices drop significantly – rooms for just over 1100 included breakfast for four and were cancellable. I contacted Ctrip, and while they offered a partial refund for the price difference due to my non-cancellable booking, I found this pricing strategy truly off-putting. Furthermore, this hotel is overwhelmingly frequented by Koreans; nearly 95% of the guests seemed to be Korean. The breakfast buffet reflected this, with an abundance of kimchi. Having previously stayed at Wenpei, the breakfast here was a huge disappointment by comparison. To make matters worse, the braised pork I had this morning was actually spoiled. Simply put, the breakfast was terrible.

The app was good and it wasn't that big so it was quiet and nice. Breakfast was really good... I came here to avoid Koreans, but it was a bit disappointing that there were a lot of Koreans there.

The resort was awesome! I chose the ocean view villa for 6. The villa was so big with 3 independent bathrooms and 2 of them had bathing tubs. I thought the little path in the villa could reach to the beach directly but found that it reached to a trail that you could walk to somewhere else. But it was really an ocean view. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in the restaurant that the food & drinks were delicious and looked decent! The prices are reasonable to us. All the staff were nice and can speak in fluent English. We also enjoyed a free tea set at the Ocean Bar. It is only available from 15:00-16:00 so guests have to take time to enjoy it after check-in at 14:00. Also, the “beauty” body massage was great too. The masseur massaged in a Vietnamese style with moderate intensity. But it was quite full in schedule so guests are suggested making a reservation earlier by walk-in. Because phone calls are always user busy. I was surprised that Amiana put a birthday cake in the villa after I came back from the beach. It was lovely! The golf cart came fast to take us from the room every time & it only took a few minutes to the resort lobby. We should have stayed here for 2 nights instead of 1 night so we could have enough time to enjoy all facilities. When I checked out trying to call a Grab to the airport, there was no drivers available. But luckily the receptionist helped us to call a taxi. In general, I had a very good experience In Amiana and would highly recommend it!

Our second stay at Swandor Cam Ranh and it was even better as we went during a better season. Perfect sunshine with pools and the beach. The shows were great and the food just as good as last time. Special mention to all the Animators team, Mark and Yulia and Mani from Cuba. The activities they organize made our stay even more fun. Their energy levels boosted all of ours as well!
