I've rented cars in Japan, Taiwan, the US, and mainland China, but this was my first time in Macau. Previously, taxis were incredibly difficult to get to. The bus was always crowded and wouldn't always take you where you wanted to go. The bus had to wait, and I had to constantly check directions if I wasn't familiar with the route. This time, for my two-day trip, I decided to look into renting a car. The price was fantastic, and the convenience was definitely worth it. The K-car I rented was easy to drive and park, with plenty of room for two people's luggage. I have to say the service from this company is the best I've ever experienced! Barely any better! After making prior arrangements, the staff met us at the pier and took care of all the paperwork on board. They were friendly, like friends, and were incredibly considerate. The return time was very flexible, and with good communication, the staff were willing to accommodate you. The company also provides a Macau pass with the car keys, which you can use for parking, with reimbursement. This is such a good car rental company, I have never encountered it anywhere else 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is incredible! 😳 The rental car was even cleaner and tidier than my own. ❤️❤️😆 The car was in excellent condition, and the driver's system was up to date. Two large and two small suitcases fit perfectly in the SIENTA. Just remember to tell the driver you'll be bringing luggage; he'll be very considerate and make arrangements. There's no parking nearby, but there is space for motorcycles. You can get free parking with a small beauty treatment (which is reasonable). 👍 The fees were fair, and the instructions for pick-up and drop-off were clear, both with text and diagrams. The reception was very friendly and polite. A truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back next time.
