Mazda CX-5
Experience to pick up car was all good and easy including the return as well. But at the time of car pick up, I was only told the car was changed to a Kia Sportage where I’ve initially booked the Mazda CX5 although both car models are similar. Will appreciate if a change of car model being booked can be communicated ahead to customer prior to the pick up of the rental car. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

The car was almost brand new. It even had a HUD! The only two issues were: 1. EURO's rental space was the furthest away, and the parking lot was one-way, which wasn't very convenient with elderly people; 2. Trips' map wasn't updated, and there were no longer rental counters in the terminal; they had all been moved to the parking lot.

Although the car was nice and the staffs are very helpful, policy of this rental company is unbelievably bad. My car was being hit and damaged in car park while I was absent. The person who is responsible for the damage was willing to pay the incident through insurance , however the rental company straightly requested I had the pay for it. And as a traveler, I do not have local number nor local bank account to keep this going. Staff said it was company policy, and I found it extremely unfriendly for any foreigners . I do not recommend this company nor any car insurance from trip.com. I still haven’t gotten my money back

The car was very clean, but there were some scratches in some places. It was necessary to take videos and photos for documentation when picking up the car. The car bell was new.

Redspot has very accommodating staffs and they were generous enough to upgrade us to full size SUV. The experience of drop off and pick up were too easy. The car was brand new, clean and no issues at all.
