The Korean brand SUV was very new, with only 5,000+ kilometers on the odometer. Pick-up and drop-off were in Christchurch and Queenstown, and the paperwork was simple. Being a new model, the built-in fuel gauge was very accurate; the dashboard showed full after filling, but the rental company's receipt showed 54.1L, and the return was 53.1L, so they charged 1L of fuel – reasonable!

The car is comfortable, with spacious seats, and easy to drive, making it suitable for families. The only drawback is that setting up Bluetooth connectivity for navigation and music on a mobile phone is not very easy.

I highly recommend this car rental company. There's no extra charge for picking up the car at night, and the car is in very good condition. I got a RAV4 with nearly 30,000 kilometers on it, four-wheel drive, very fuel-efficient. My deposit was refunded shortly after I returned the car, and they didn't deduct money from my account without reason.

Great service from the team in Christchurch. I assume they mainly deal with Chinese tourists but was a pleasant rental experience with them. Drop off was easy in Queenstown airport outside of their service hours and easily organised via email, WhatsApp or WeChat. Will book again with them. The car was well presented and worked well for our South Island trip.

Company provided shuttle but since we arrived past the pickup time they charged us additional NZD50. The car we booked was unavailable (Toyota Rav4) but they gave us a bigger and nicer car Mitsubishi Outlander in pristine condition. Was a great drive, no issues.

The car is 2025, pretty new and in good condition. Very smooth process. Was offered another car but it wasn’t cleaned. They quickly rearranged one for me, which is good. However, due to unplanned swap of cars on spot, neither the company nor myself noticed the fuel tank wasn’t full at pickup but I had to return a full tank. A few dozens of dollars out of my pocket which isn’t a pleasant experience.
