First time booking wity Sixt and had a wonderful experience. Counter staffs were super friendly and helpful, collection was easy, returning was easy, the car wad amazing! We renter a Merc and the car was in superb condition and really new! Driving with the car made our road trips sooooo comfy! I am a Sixt convert and will surely return to rent with them. Highly recommend :)

I rented a midsized SUV from Avis for my Perth trip because of their reliability. It’s usually cheaper to book through Trip.com as they often have discounts. Pick-up was smooth, and I was able to extend my return to an early morning flight by simply calling customer service and then dropping the key into the Avis Airport office drop box at 6am.
I received a Mitsubishi Outlander instead of the Kia Sportage I booked, but no complaints—it was slightly bigger and easily fit 3×24-inch suitcases and 1×28-inch. The car was clean, new, and drove well.
I purchased third-party car insurance from Trip.com, which means you have to pay upfront for any damages and claim back later, but thankfully I didn’t need to use it.
Overall, I had a smooth and positive experience with Avis Perth car rental and would recommend it.

Pros: Pickup was relatively easy. We had comprehensive insurance, so there wasn't any extra communication involved, so it went smoothly.
Cons: 1. My friend and I rented the same model (Kia Sportage or equivalent) from the same dealership, but the two Mitsubishi SUVs we received were in very different conditions. My car had a small screen, so I couldn't use wireless CarPlay. Furthermore, CarPlay frequently disconnected while driving and wouldn't reconnect, requiring a system reset (even while driving).
2. The right rear door couldn't be opened from the inside; I had to reach out through the window or have someone else help me open it from outside.
