The car was in good condition, and the rental price was reasonable. It easily accommodated two adults and two children with their own luggage. Pick-up and drop-off were both at Melbourne Airport Terminal 1-3 parking lot, and a staff member was available to pick up the car at the designated drop-off point – excellent service. If you purchased rental insurance through Trip.com, you don't need to buy it separately from the rental company.

Mazda CX-5
Experience to pick up car was all good and easy including the return as well. But at the time of car pick up, I was only told the car was changed to a Kia Sportage where I’ve initially booked the Mazda CX5 although both car models are similar. Will appreciate if a change of car model being booked can be communicated ahead to customer prior to the pick up of the rental car. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

The car we rented was pwrfect for our family of 6. I got us through 9 days of driving along coastal drives for 9 days with no problems. Car is well maintained. Taking over and handing over the car was seamless and convenient with no hassle. Definitely will recommend.

The Mazda CX-3 I rented this time was very clean and in good condition. It drove smoothly, and the staff were very friendly and patient in explaining everything.
