Customer service was excellent, entertaining, and honest when it came to the fees and reimbursement upon return. I may have been leery at the start but I would definitely rent from this company again in the future because they refunded all deposits within the time frame as stated.

The setup at Las Vegas was superb, you choose any car you want under a “prestige catageory”. All the cars are parked up, with keys in just take the one you want to the exit and they quickly complete the paper work that was given to you before choosing which car you want. It was the best car rental pick up ever ! We’d booked something like a Nissan maxima from memory, but had the voice of loads of cars in that category. Drop off at Phoenix was so easy too!

We picked up the car at Los Angeles Airport and needed to take a shuttle to get to the rental center there. They offer a rental agreement where you can rent one car and return another at the same airport. We returned the car at the Las Vegas airport, and the counter service was excellent.

The rental car I rented in Las Vegas was a real gem.
The interior was very clean, the car was relatively new, and the mileage was quite low. It was in excellent condition.
Furthermore, the child seat I rented was brand new, making it one of the best rental car companies I've ever used.

We arrived at the pickup location at 4:00 a.m., as requested, but our reserved car was not available. As a result, we had to wait about 1.5 hours before receiving a different vehicle, which was quite inconvenient.
On the positive side, the replacement car was in good condition and performed well throughout our trip. We had a pleasant and comfortable drive around Las Vegas and Page without any issues.
