The car rental process was very quick, and they didn't try to sell you insurance. Returning the car was straightforward; they just glanced at the fuel gauge. There was no young driver fee either. The only downside was that the Sydney airport shuttle was a bit of a walk, which was tiring with luggage.

Was picked up at the airport relatively quickly. Car was good. But picking up car experience was poor. There were some scratches at the rear windscreen, front bumper and side wing mirror however the service agent refused to indicate in the car checklist or let us indicate it. First time encounter such service. So ended up taking many photos in case of disputes. Thankfully, all was smooth during return and the staff were understanding. Managed to get the deposit refunded within 5 days. If not for the negative car collection experience, all would be excellent.

For our NSW road trip, we chose No Birds car rental company. We rented a RAV4 for our 9-day trip and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the car was in good condition; although not a new model, both the interior and exterior were very new. Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and convenient. I highly recommend adding their full insurance at the counter; it's only AUD$15 per day, much more economical than other rental companies. In conclusion, I would definitely choose No Birds again next time.

For cars with less than 30,000 kilometers on the odometer, detailed photos and descriptions were provided when the car was delivered, and the information was very transparent and clear. The service personnel were also patient in answering all questions, including professional responses to any related issues that might arise while driving.

Advantages: Wan Zero Mile new car with assisted driving, everything, the vehicle is clean, after washing the car before handover, easy to return the car.  Cons: Picking up the car requires a queue, took me two hours, only so much . Tip: Full insurance and urban tunnel fees, fines those are even more expensive than renting a car (Australia) . Landed on the ground and called them with a roaming card to ask them to come, carrying two large pieces of luggage no burden but too a waste of time.
