car quality is good. just the pick up is not onsite and need a shuttle bus to connect to the car park. was offered to a car upgrade and wasn’t aware there are extra airport tax so that’s a minus. otherwise overall arrangement was alright

Shiraz attended us as we showed up before 8am, offered an upgrade after knowing we were doing a long road trip. Upgraded to a compact hybrid which was comfortable and easy to drive. Whilst the price if done as on the spot booking was excellent, it was double than what we paid via Trip. Lesson learned - just plan your trip better and book a better car online prior!

Sheikh ensured our booked car was made ready even though we had arrived 90 minutes earlier than I had booked for. I originally wanted to rent a European-style station wagon to experience the BMW 3 Series, but the black guy at Sixt patiently recommended nearly ten models. In the end, I chose the BMW i4 all-electric coupe over a traditional gasoline car. It's a real pleasure to drive, with excellent acceleration and navigation, especially the powerful search function. The extensive information on charging stations, including the number of chargers, power ratings, and options, proved incredibly convenient once I got used to it. The UK has a comprehensive charging infrastructure, especially in downtown London. Another benefit of a pure electric car is that you're not subject to the London Congestion Charge or Emissions Charge, saving you a lot of trouble.

I got Skoda SUV ..not nissan jjue but overall is a good car- Hibrid. Be aware of congestion zone area when you are driving afound Central of London . To avpid the penalty due to we have to pay on the same day to avoid penalty . We shd also aware of TOL fee ( if you across the tunnel , but mostly are free along the motorway .. for parking along UK they mostly paid on the machine by credit card or suggestion download app ring Go or pay by phone application is easier.

The vehicle is very new, has CarPlay, and the navigation is very accurate. There are five of us, and we originally booked a seven-passenger van, but we ended up getting this seven-passenger model. It has a 2/3/2 layout, and the two rear seats can fold down to accommodate four large pieces of luggage. The rental agency will try to sell you insurance when you pick up the car, but their attitude has changed slightly if you don't buy it. I had already purchased insurance when I booked the car through Trip, so I didn't buy it when I arrived.

First time with Europcar. Super easy drop off, the customer service had already done the check out by the time I got out of the car. No need to go to the counter for refund of deposit (all done automatically) - straight on the shuttle bus and off to airport, all within 5mins!
