Perfect met all expectations. Arrived at Heathrow and was shown around a huge collection and offered a free upgrade. I was spoilt for choice really but the kind attendee offered his expertise and I was on my way after a couple of minutes. Handover in Leeds was smooth quick walk around and told car is perfect and cheerio quick smooth and simple, how car renting should be for travelers. No need to deep clean either big bonus.

This car is almost new (only 3500.miles) very comfy and easy handling. PIck up and return are very easy and efficient. Staff are super nice and helpful. The Staff in MAN even offer her help to carry out bags from the car to the airport shuttle bus stop. Another compliment to the Shuttle bus driver, he is very nice and help for loading / unloading our big luggages 👍

I had an excellent experience renting a car with Europcar. I picked up the car at the London Wandsworth Jews Row and returned it at Stansted Airport.
The manager at the Wandsworth location was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the card payment, but he helped us resolve it without any unnecessary extra charges. We were also given a very good and comfortable car, which made our trip much easier.
Returning the car at Stansted Airport was also very quick and straightforward — the whole process took about five minutes. We had full insurance, so we did not have to worry about anything during the rental.
Overall, the service was professional, efficient and very customer-friendly. I would definitely rent from Europcar again.
