Both myself and my wife enjoyed 7 days at this hotel. A quality 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The selection was mainly Asian and delicious. All staff were very professional with adequate english with some. A special thankyou to Charlie. She made all guests feel welcomed assisting with any requirements in the buffet restaurant. She spoke English very well and was very attentive in her role.
We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and even decided to extend our visit by an additional night. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the bed was truly exceptional—it felt like sleeping on a cloud! We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
A great little gem right next to the beach. Quy Nhon is also a little gem, with plenty of local delicacies and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The Fleur de Lys is super clean and nicely appointed. The staff was great. If I’m back in Quy Nhon I will not stay anywhere else.
The hotel is quite cleaned with a nice lobby. With great location (only 5 mins to the sea). There are many shops and restaurants around. The receptionists are helpful . I feel a warm welcome w a hot drink in a cold day.Security is quite sweet when guiding the guests in the parking .
The reception staff were efficient and always greeted me with a smile, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay.
When you check in, you get a discount coupon for the cafe next door, and the atmosphere and service of the staff there was so good that I went there every day.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options, so I never got bored even if I went there every day.
The sea is a little far away, but it's within walking distance. There are also large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient.
The room is spacey and bright.
The bathroom is good except the water dripping down the bathtub edge and wetting large area of the floor during shower.
The room service of fruit and chocolate is very good gesture of welcome.
The breakfast is simple, some food is excellent such as the eel porridge.
The hotel is very stylish. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail. You enjoy being in this space. Although the hotel is not the first line, but the view of the city and the bay is beautiful. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a large supermarket is 800 m away.
In my opinion, Queen Nan is a comfortable city with a beautiful long embankment. It seemed that it is more focused on domestic tourism, there are few places with a menu in English, but the nature and the view of the bay are beautiful.
Không thể là khách sạn 4 sao được, mình muốn chọn phòng hướng biển mà không được, cho mình cái phòng ngột ngạt, ẩm
Xung quanh toàn là người miền ngoài đó, ồn ào, ăn uống phức tạp
Rich breakfast and good location. All balconies have sea views. The sandy beach is very large for several kilometers. The waiter in the restaurant does not speak English, and there is no photo of the menu in the restaurant, which needs to be improved
Very Good

Amazing
DDenis SinkWe stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a new hotel, so it has a few things that could be better. I'll start with the first one. Construction is still happening on some floors, so there will be noise from time to time. During breakfast, the place gets crowded, and the staff don't always manage to clear dirty dishes or replenish items on the buffet promptly. Some dishes, like the rice buns, had cooled down and were a bit hard.
The room was okay, but the bathroom was a problem. The bathtub moved a little bit, and water leaked onto the floor. It took a long time for the water to dry.
The good things are that the room was clean, and the staff were very polite and always ready to help. We want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Skybar on the 24th and 25th floors. We often stopped by for snacks and drinks there. The location is a big plus. It is five minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a shopping mall. The view from the room was stunning.
In short, the hotel tries to maintain a high standard. If they keep working hard, I think they could match the quality of international 4-star hotels with excellent service in about a year.
GGuest UserGreat location, but the food and facilities were not good. BBQ buffet dinner was awful. It was super windy day. Hot food was cold, cold food was warm. BBQ dinner was highly recommended by staff. After so disappointing, we do not dare to try the free massage service. Elevator is extremely slow. 5 mins waiting time was typical. Buffet morning was a chaos with tons of tourists. Good stay but doesn’t meet the expectation of 5 stars hotel.
GGuest UserAs a newly built hotel, the facilities are clean and good.
Most of the rooms are pool villas, so the main pool is a bit small, but it's okay.
The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the rice noodles, bread, and coffee provided at the espresso bar were delicious, so it was good.
The location is far from the city center, but there are many seafood restaurants nearby, 2 km from the hotel, and free delivery and pick-up/drop-off were provided, so I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience.
It was disappointing that there was no wine opener in the room, and although you can rent one in the lobby, there were very few prepared. I wish the hotel had at least a wine opener on hand.
GGuest UserGreat location and local bar restaurant across the road with £29p gorgeous beer and friendly hospitality
!!! The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. The room itself is large and bed is comfortable. Nice pool too. We did find a few cockroach’s in the room, but we don’t mind getting rid of them to be honest (we get that Asia have a lot of them!) One thing I would say is that the breakfast is very disappointing - pho is mainly fish (even the beef meatloaf option is made with fish broth) which I couldn’t eat. There is not a lot of option and also there are no cards stating what each cuisine is.

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^
DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.
