We had a fantastic night's stay and rest at Tomar story. It was extremely clean and the room was decorated beautifully. We loved the themed aspect of our room and the window and view of the river was beautiful. The hotel staff were lovely and looked after our luggage outside of the check in / checkout times. Tomar is a brilliant riverside town and the visit to the Castle and Church of Christ to see the Knights Templar headquarters has been the highlight of our Portuguese tour.

Boa localização. Simpatia quanto baste. Quarto pequeno. Estacionamento automóvel limitado. Sem grandes espaços comuns, embora com uma sala de estar agradável, sem tv. Pequeno almoço com o mais importante, sem exageros numa sala agradável.

A jewel in the heart of a very rich historical town.
A short walk away from everything and all the historical sites in Tomar.
Friendly service and staff. Excellent, clean facility and easy (free) parking.
Very comfortable rooms.

Má/inexistente manutenção da piscina: falta de circulação de água, laterais esverdeadas, não era limpa/filtrada diariamente.
Restaurante: em pleno mês de agosto e o restaurante estava fechado.
Sala de pequeno-almoços muito frio.

A very charming hotel, the officials of an extreme sympathy, very lovely, worried and attentive. The cleaning was impeccable from the rooms, to the garden and the pool and jacuzzi area. The charm and glamour decoration of the grandmothers is also a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast and restaurant are very tasty.We love the weekend.Ideal for any kind of romantic or family stay.

Hotel agradável, com ótimo atendimento... instalações impecáveis e quarto muito espaçoso. De salientar o cuidado em colocar recipientes para os clientes fazerem reciclagem, bravo por isso!.
Um ponto negativo foi não ter fruta laminada ao pequeno almoço, tinha apenas fruta inteira.
Apesar disso, recomendo!.

FFernandoThe hotel is well located in the center of Tomar. It is great for those coming by train as it is just a few minutes from the train station. The staff is attentive. Breakfast is delicious. It has a good variety but could serve for example apple juice. I recommend stopping by the terrace at the end of the day to watch the sunset and dusk with the castle in the background. Too bad they don't have a spa or massage service.

GGuest UserThis hotel was lovely. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Everything was super clean. They have a chapel for meditation, it is a Catholic hotel. Gift shop included in the hotel, also very easy access to high quality candles for the candle procession at the shrine (1€ each). Loads of parking available.
Small downside was the sub-optimal breakfast selection, at least in comparison to other hotels of the same trip. I still ate plenty.

Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima

Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant surprise to arrive at this hotel.
The first surprise was the entrance to the hotel, which was aesthetically pleasing and well-appointed.
The second surprise was the room, which, despite having a classic and simple decoration, is a very spacious room, as is the private bathroom and the terrace.
The breakfast is quite acceptable, although I missed more fruit.
To put a downside, the bathroom plug did not work, so it was difficult for me to plug in the hair straightener next to a mirror.

AAnonymous UserThere is already a relic shop downstairs from the hotel. There are also many restaurants and relic shops nearby.
There is plenty of room space. The hotel is located very close to the place of pilgrimage to Fatima. So convenient.

Breakfast was also good. Will keep refilling. Employees are also polite.
