This is okay if you just wanna spend a night, and have a very tight budget. For the price you pay, you get a clean and safe accommodation. Location is satisfactory. Near Korean restaurants. It has hot shower which is good. Negative- thin blanket. Terrible. Typical Philippine hotel with thin blankets. Pillow is not comfy and they only provide 1. C'mon. Bathroom's sink is below standard. Very small. They provide a half-sachet shampoo. Typical Philippine hotel with half-sachet shampoo. A joke. AC is the old box AC. So, noisy. Not good for sleeping. Has small bugs/insects, like baby ants or spiders on the TV. Please fix this issue.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, where the warm and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax after exploring the city. We loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered to both kids and adults. The pool area was a favorite for the kids, while we appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the lounge. Overall, Acacia Hotel Davao delivered a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a top choice for families.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.
