Great selection of breakfast. Very clean , sufficiently spacious room with modern design.  Strong shower. Comfortable bed.  Close to JR station.  Point to note is that in house parking needs to be reserved early otherwise public parking is still available.  The automated check in and check out machine does not function well. Suggest to do check in out with staff in person.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This was my first time using this hotel, but I am very satisfied with the price and location in front of the station. The building is a little old, but it is carefully cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. There is a parking lot just a minute's walk away for 250 yen for 24 hours, so I would recommend this hotel for business or travel purposes. If I go to Takaoka again, I will definitely use this hotel.

Overall the property is very good, clean, new and well maintained. Only the dinner service was In buffet style and choices of food is not up to the standard of this Onsen. Breakfast is served in buffet is fine. WiFi is weak. Staff service is very good.

The hotel is relatively large and the rooms are relatively large. It is very close to the Gaogang Buddha and takes less than five minutes to walk there. Check-in and check-out are done on the machine, and there are various languages ​​to choose from, which is very convenient.

There is nothing to say about the scenery of the hotel. Take a boat trip all the way to enjoy the scenery, especially the red bridge on the reservoir after the snow. It is really invincible, even if it is in the cold wind, you must enjoy it on the top of the boat. However, the traffic that really needs to complain, according to the hotel's guidelines, the bus from Takaoka leaves only three or four times a day, and then has to take a full 56 stops. The air-conditioning on the car is not enough, and there is no place for luggage... It is really difficult.

The hotel is about ten minutes walk from the train station. It is not close. Fortunately, there are some shops and restaurants nearby that can solve the meal. I have stayed in this hotel group several times, the room furniture is simple and the area is spacious. There is an artificial hot spring bath in the hotel, but the place is not big. Breakfast is average, don't have expectations.

After all, it is the highest hotel in Japan and the best hotel in Murodo. The hotel is right at the entrance of Snow Valley. You can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you open the window. The location is excellent. The hotel organizes stargazing, sunrise watching, and ptarmigan watching activities every day. The most important thing is that as a hotel guest, you can enjoy the snow wall of Snow Valley up close and personal after the bus tourists leave, take photos as much as you want, and experience it to the fullest!
