My stay at Ruimeihua was pleasant and hassle free. Rooms were spacious, clean and had a wide range of amenities. Be it front desk, kitchen, cleaning and all other staff were always attentive and helpful. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. Recommended.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Great location -opposite a shopping mall and CVS stores also close, Congtai Park 5 minutes walk away. Extremely friendly and efficient check in - they even gave us a little welcome snack! Staff were.super friendly and helpful throughout. Rooms very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. All in all,this hotel has excellent service and will be our first choice next time we return to Handan.

The hotel is located in a quiet location in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the service is first-class, proactive and meticulous. I won't go into details inside the hotel. After checking out in the morning, I went to the parking lot and the security guard had cleaned the vehicle that had been traveling for a long time. I was very touched. The hotel has complete facilities. The swimming pool, gym and dining are all very comfortable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The welcome fruits, turn-down milk, etc. make you feel at home. They even offered commemorative gifts before leaving the hotel. It is cost-effective and I am very satisfied!

Stepping into the 23rd-floor sky-high hotel lobby, the impressive collection of books and the rich cultural atmosphere made me feel like I was in a palace of art and knowledge. This unique design truly deserves to be the only sky-high hotel lobby in Hebei Province. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly checking me in and providing a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. I booked a superior king room. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in an elegant yet warm neo-Chinese style. Warm yellow lighting and natural wood accents made for a relaxing experience. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the Carnation bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also thoughtfully provided both velvet and down pillows, ensuring a comfortable sleep for both soft and firm sleepers. The desk, made of natural marble and solid wood, is incredibly textured and perfect for both work and reading. The bathroom features separate wet and dry areas, with adjustable lighting for the mirror and makeup mirror. The toiletries are custom-made from a renowned fragrance brand, creating a lingering, elegant fragrance that makes daily washing a pleasure. The dining experience is even more delightful. The first floor boasts a lively performance stage and an indoor snack street, offering a dazzling array of local specialties. I tried the Baoding donkey hot pot and beef pancakes, and every bite was authentic Baoding flavor. Upstairs, private dining rooms offer full meals, featuring signature dishes like the Governor's Tofu, made with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared, making them truly delicious. Breakfast is equally rich, offering a full selection of Chinese and Western delicacies, perfect for a vibrant start to the day. The hotel's leisure facilities are also comprehensive. The 24-hour gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring fitness enthusiasts have no worries about their workouts. From the ambiance and amenities to the delicious dining and attentive care, every detail was meticulously considered during my stay at the Zhili Cultural Hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I went to Cangzhou with my family on Children's Day and chose the Grand Canal Guest House. The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Behind it is the Can Can Park and the Grand Canal Museum, both of which are worth checking in. The guest house covers a large area. It is located at the corner of an intersection. This location can be said to be well connected. It is about 2 to 4 kilometers away from Shuiyue Old Street, Minzu Road, and Nanchuan Building. This location is relatively quiet at night and there is no night market. If you like quietness, you must choose here. ”Hotel parking space” is sufficient, both above and below the ground. The hotel's architectural style is courtyard-style, the floors are not high, and there is a small bridge and water lawn area on the first floor. ”Service” Here I would like to specially praise the hotel staff, Mr. Guo Jiaqi 03-102, for his good service and responsiveness. He also answered some of my consultation questions about the surrounding tours in detail, and the answers were clear and concise. ”Guest room” The guest room is large, with regular hotel standards and good maintenance of facilities. It should be a hotel with top standards in Cangzhou at any time. I saw many people who came with children staying here. I will probably stay here again next time, but I have a few questions for the hotel, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to them. [Smoking🚬 problem] When I just arrived at the hotel, I found that someone was smoking in the lobby. It was obvious that the person was communicating with the staff, and the staff acted as if they didn't see it. Some guests who attended the wedding also smoked in the hotel lobby. There were many staff in the hotel lobby, and no one dissuaded them. I hope the hotel will strengthen training in this area. [Housekeeping department is short of staff] This problem is also very serious. It should be short of staff during holidays. I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. I hope I have the opportunity to try it next time. Finally, I want to say that Qingxian's unique hot pot chicken YYDS! ~ There are many hot pot chickens, just choose the flavor! ~ You like it

We stayed here from April 29th to May 1st. Booking half a month in advance, we secured an incredibly reasonable rate of just over 80 per night. The front desk staff, particularly the lady who assisted us, provided outstanding service. Our initial room offered a sea view, but as we preferred not to be directly opposite the elevator, she kindly switched us to a suite, which was fantastic! The service was truly impeccable! The hotel's location is also superb. It's very close to Laohushi Park, and there are many restaurants nearby. The surrounding environment is beautiful. Renting an electric scooter for a day to explore the area was also a great idea, making for a very relaxed and enjoyable time. This hotel is an absolutely perfect choice for off-peak travel! They even gave us a small gift just before check-out! 😁😁 Overall, it was an incredibly delightful stay.
