This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. A concierge reached out beforehand to help with a quick and efficient check-in, and they were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a really restful sleep. All the bathroom amenities were provided, water pressure was stable, and there was plenty of hot water – the attention to detail was excellent. The public areas were elegant and quiet, not noisy at all, and the overall cleanliness was superb. The hotel facilities are very well-maintained, and it offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure; you'll have a comfortable and worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.' Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient. Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

Traveling with my family this time, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk lady saw I had a child with me and thoughtfully gave us a cartoon mystery box, which made my kid incredibly happy – so considerate! Someone even proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and recommended great local restaurants; the service was incredibly warm and thorough. The room facilities were complete, the space was huge, and both beds were very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view, and everything was spotless. The bath towels and regular towels felt so soft, and soaking in the bathtub was especially comfortable. The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the changing rooms and showers were excellent, with plenty of hot water. There were even lounge chairs by the pool to relax on, and my child had a blast. This trip was made even better because of this hotel; my mood improved significantly! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My stay this time was great! The lady at the front desk was so helpful during check-in, and she even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave me better lighting and a nicer view. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were new. Plus, there were plenty of outlets for charging, making for a very comfortable stay.

My first stay of the new year was at this former HI flagship. Compared to how HI is increasingly becoming like a budget hotel chain, seemingly cutting costs at every turn, this particular hotel, with its gym, pool, independent Chinese restaurant, and proximity to a shopping complex, is truly worth a visit. Before checking in, I contacted Zeke, a staff member at the front desk, who courteously and thoughtfully reserved a room for us. Welcome fruits were all ready. Upon hearing we were arriving by high-speed rail in the afternoon, he even proactively arranged a late check-out for our room. Although I didn't get to experience the fitness facilities or the Chinese restaurant on this trip, having a quiet, warm, and comfortable place to relax after shopping with my family at MixC (about a 10-minute walk) until 10 PM made for a wonderful memory.

The hotel is well located, near to shopping mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable, big, tidy and clean. There was a washing machine at the room and soap was available for free. So convinient to wash the clothes. Breakfast with a lot of options, everything tasty. Staff really kind. Bottles of water were also included for free, for each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

She always proactively reached out in advance to communicate and meticulously arranged all the check-in details, which made us feel incredibly at ease. Even when the hotel was fully booked and busy, the service remained warm, patient, and meticulous. It's very family-friendly, with a comfortable environment and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for family trips, I genuinely recommend it!

I booked this hotel for a friend's wedding in Chengde. The location is excellent, close to everything. The night view from the room was beautiful, and the most comfortable part was the mattress – it was just the right balance of soft and firm. The front desk service was absolutely amazing! They helped me with a late check-out the next day and even offered to drop me off at the South Station. Such thoughtful service! I left in a bit of a hurry and forgot something at the hotel, but the front desk even helped me mail it.

Arrived on the afternoon of Chinese New Year's Day. Both counters were busy during check-in, but Cathy proactively directed us to the third one. Since we were two adults with two young children, it was a bit of a struggle. Cathy thoughtfully gave the kids small horses to comfort them, which was very sweet. For the rest of our stay, everything perfectly matched our booking requests: a bed rail was installed, and child-friendly toiletries and a toilet seat were provided. The housekeeping staff never slacked off, even though the kids made quite a mess. Our room was always spotless when we returned. We'll definitely be back!
