There is no breakfast service during Christmas. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the transportation is very convenient. Parking is available around the hotel. There is a reception and bar in the lobby on the first floor. The interior of the hotel is very clean and styled.

The hotel is situated near the main street of Linz. You can easily find your foods and drinks in the vicinity. You can take public transport, tram, at the main street to the biggest shopping mall in Linz or to the train station.. This is the hotel I will recommend for those who are looking for decent hotel amenities with many restaurants and stores nearby.

Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

The girl at the front desk is pretty, the breakfast is OK, the hotel is behind the Danube, the hotel has slippers, this is rare in European hotels, you can also ask the front desk for toothbrushes.

Something is located from the centre, but with the bus (3 stations) is well accessible. Friendly service at the reception. Modern facilities of the clean and large room. Shower/WC in the room, separated only by milk glass. Breakfast buffet is not a very exciting thing. It is disturbing that the hotel guests are going to/from the deep garage through the breakfast room.

GGuest UserIt is a hotel suitable for stopping over to continue your journey. In rooms, there is no soundproofing. You can hear the sound of the next room walking around, probably because of the wooden floor. In the bathroom, the hair dryer was not working when use high level. It can be used only level 1 and cold. Wifi signal is good. Hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast is delicious. I love many type of jams.

ZZhi QiThe hotel’s reception is just on the right after coming out from the boat station. The staff can speak really good english and our luggage was allowed to be keep for free before check in time which is really helpful for us to stroll around before check in time. There are 3 buildings of the hotel in Hallstatt which can be accessed by walking, unfortunately our room is not the main building which we need to walk around5-10mins. But the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to our room during check in and check out which is really great and I appreciate their service. The breakfast is also really tasty with assorted food! Overall a nice hotel if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt!

GGuest UserVery nice resort with spacious compound, and very convenient. We took a boat from the resort to Hallstatt, 10 euro per person. From Hallstatt, there is a public bus taking us right to the bus stop in front of the resort. However, I was quite disappointed with the wrong information in trip.com regarding the rooms. Intially I wanted to book a chalet with 2 rooms as we are a group of 2 couples. When i made the booking, trip.com website stated that 1 room can fit in max 2 persons. So naturally i had to book 2 rooms. When i arrived that the resort i was shocked to find out that I was misled to pay for 2 chalets with 4 rooms! We didn't use the other chalet of course. It was totally unfair that because of the wrong information in trip.com, we have to pay for 2 other rooms that we didn't need at all. I am asking for compensation from trip.com regarding my loss and it's been 4 days and i am still waiting to hear from them for a solution.

GGuest UserThe location is quite far away from Hallstatt if you are planning to use this as a base (ard 10-20 min bus or 5 min train + ferry if you catch the train), but the view and price definitely compensate it. The view is really fantastic and you can see Hallstatt and the absolutely stunning lake view from your room if you book the balcony one. It is a really good deal for me. The staff is also very nice and friendly. But do note that luggage storage is a paid service (2 euro for one day so I thk its not bad). Also you only have your own bathroom, but not toilet in your room (in my case I have to walk a little to find my toilet which is shared within 2 rooms) If you do not mind these, this is a perfect room with the perfect view!
