Beach Hotels in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOTEL. While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort. Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable. Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.

Nice structure with beautiful pool in front of the sea but there is no beach except when there is low flood. Breakfast is not rich and repeated but good. nice staff. spacious but not very clean room, good cleaning. Hair dryer on request at reception without extra payments and two bottles of water per day free.

This resort is everything 💯💯💯 It’s 10mins walk from the jetty to the resort. Resort is located at turtle point and is more quiet compared to the hotels/resorts near the jetty. You will be welcomed with cold towel and it is so soothing after walking under the hot sun. The resort is so beautiful from the outside and their room especially their bathroom is Da bomb!! Their staffs are so thoughtful and attentive. they They set up our room very nicely when they know we are coming for honeymoon. They gave us complimentary cake. Their breakfast spread is good and decent. By far the best resort I have stayed in Lombok with such a steal promo from agoda. Will definitely recommend couples to stay here and we will definitely be back to stay at AlMarik. Thanks you for the superb hospitality.❤️

This property has that old world charm and is very well manicured. Though we arrived at the end of Ramadan, they put on a great party. The breakfast in the morning is cooked to order and have about 20 different options from cuisine around the world. Whatever request we had, they found a way to make it work. Even when we requested a room change to be closer to the ocean front, we were accommodated well. The food and drinks were excellent and the entertainment for Eid was spectacular. Do note that there isn't anything nearby and tours need to be booked a day in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back again. 10/10 amazing views at all points of the day and night.

An excellent option if you are looking for a villa in the Balinese style. It is located in a quiet and clean side of Trawangan, away from the noisy club hotels. The house has two air conditioners, it was always cool, no dampness, no insects, including mosquitoes. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is responsive, they helped rent a bike, organize an excursion and other requests 👍🏻 of course, you should not expect sterile cleanliness in a wooden house, but I really liked this experience of living in a traditional style house. The breakfasts are delicious, and I really liked the fresh juices. The beach - the water and the shore are clean, but to enter the water you need special shoes because the whole island is surrounded by coral reefs and pebbles

A very good hotel to try. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and had a delicious welcome drink. The overall design of the hotel is very close to nature, but still very comfortable. The central restaurant and bar has many surprises. I had delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. It is not completely Western food. Some local dishes can also be tried, which should be suitable for Chinese stomachs. There seems to be a band on weekend nights. Suitable for family outings. The beach is completely private, and there is also a small artificial beach for children to play 😀

Super nice place to stay located in the not that busy part of the island where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets every day. Property is new, they just opened up some months ago, and you can see they are still in the process of understanding how to best manage it. There are still some things to be polished in that sense, but apart from that everything was super good. People as usual were super nice at all times and just tried to make anything to make guests happy.

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the rooms with private plunge pool; it was a great feature and made our stay unique. The outdoor bathroom was another unique feature, it was very cool but meant sometimes there would be insects. The hotel is located on beach on the east of the island where the boats dock and where most of the higher end bars/restaurants are. Also where most of the main party spots are. As soon as you walk out, you can hear the loud music. Thankfully we couldn’t hear this from the room. Breakfast was outstanding and the view from the restaurant stunning.

Very great service from the staffs, everyone was friendly and helpful. Even before I arrived, the communication with the staff through WhatsApp was helpful.  The view from our room was breathtaking. One thing to note is there were quite a few rove beetles found in our room especially the balcony area (we went when it was rainy season).  The area of the room is large, even with added bed, we did not feel cramped at all. The toilet area is also large and clean, with the toilet and shower area separated with doors. The towels given are clean and fluffy.  Breakfast was amazing! All the food that we tried are delicious. (It is an a la carte type of breakfast) All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay here and will definitely stay here again if we visit Lombok.
