Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

My weekend stay at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City was a great experience. The atmosphere at the hotel is fun, energetic, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The tropical indoor pool area and nightlife really give the place a unique vibe, especially at night. The room was comfortable with nice views, and the casino offered plenty of entertainment options. I also liked how convenient everything was, with restaurants, bars, and activities all inside the resort. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay with a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back for another weekend in Atlantic City.

It was helpful that they were able to accommodate connecting rooms. We were in the Havana Tower. We booked run of the house, which was a king bed in the hold tower. To upgrade to 2 beds and for connecting option it was an additional $29 fee.

Outstanding! Everything was perfect from the staff to the room and the shuttle. The room was super clean and the staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying there, particularly for those who are travelling from/to Newark airport. It is located by it and offers a free shuttle service every 30 minutes.

The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively.

I had an excellent business stay at Holiday Inn. The location is super convenient, saving me a lot of travel time and effort. The hotel environment is simple and fresh, and the room was tidy and well-organized. All the toiletries and office facilities I needed were available, and the layout was sensible and not cramped. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the service was professional and thoughtful, not noisy at all, making it perfect for both rest and work. It offers outstanding value for money and consistent quality, making it an efficient and worry-free choice for business trips.

The hotel's overall condition didn't quite meet my expectations due to the large number of guests during the year-end events. However, I was pleased with the daily housekeeping cleanliness and the hotel's location. The Whole Foods Market across the street and the airport pick-up/drop-off service were also a plus.

Overall good hotel , bed is very comfortable so can sleep well beside room is very clean. The girl at receptionist is not friendly, no sense working ay hospitality but the men wearing glasses is very friendly. Housekeepers is also friendly & helpfull although speaking little English Good location just short walk to Mills Jersey Garden Mall👍👍

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

The bar delivered outstanding cocktails crafted with precision, and the Mother's Day menu stood out as a memorable culinary experience, beautifully plated and full of seasonal flavor. Service throughout was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Asbury Ocean Club delivers genuine five star hospitality in a setting that feels both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.
