When checking in, I gave the child a small gift. The child was very happy and took the initiative to help us install the anti-fall guardrail. Living here is safe and comfortable! 🌸 The hotel service is very good, the front desk and butler service are particularly warm, there is a intimate tea reception when you check in, and you have received exquisite souvenirs when you check out. The details are sincere.
👍 The hotel rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The location is not to be picked! 5 minutes walk to the sports center, surrounded by popular restaurants, from breakfast small shops to nightingale stalls. In the evening, you can go for a walk next to the riverside, the night view is super beautiful. ❤️ Very good stay experience, a hotel worth choosing 🏨.

Living alone, the size is right, the smart toilet is very easy to use, and the service is not bad. Because I came to the exam, I feel that the design of the reading lighting is a bit unreasonable. The lights on the desk can be brighter, and the lights on the bedside are not bright enough, and it seems that they can't be adjusted. Because I have lived a few times before, I feel pretty good. This time I didn't pick a hotel closer to the examination room. But luck was not very good. Huaihua suddenly cooled down in the past two days. It seemed that all the hotel heating was not open. It was a bit cold. The waiter sent a heater. Because I have to wait for my husband to pick it up, I chose a late check-out when booking, which is quite good.

Facilities: relatively complete, convenient parking, good dining environment, reasonable room functional division, but the power cord of the wall-mounted hair dryer is relatively short, and the warm air is not strong.
Hygiene: The hotel does not do a good job in smoking control, and there is a strong smell of smoke in the elevator.
Service: The buffet breakfast has a rich variety, especially a variety of snacks. The service staff can deliver the hair dryer in time; the front desk does not have mineral water, and it cannot be provided when leaving.

It was rainy in winter, it was cold, and I had a cold when I came back from the outside. I called the front desk for the first time to ask the front desk lady if there was a mask. One was fine. I didn’t expect that the waiter had prepared a few more for me to replace it. I also prepared ginger tea for me. This is unexpected. One thing can be done well, it is really rare, let me feel the warmth of home in the winter in the field, it is really great [happy]

OOlga1. Insanely slow check-in - at least 25 minutes at the reception (and this is with bonuses from trip.com - fast). 2. It is stated that they speak English at the reception - they lie, do not speak, laugh. 3. Non-smoking floor. In the morning I woke up from the smell of cigarettes. Although yes, on the doors of this floor it is written no smoking. But no measures are taken (they could write a fine for smoking, maybe it would help). The smell of smoke greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. 4. The hotel is modern. Clean rooms. Clean linen. It is very pleasant to walk around the hotel, everything sparkles with cleanliness. There is a gym, inside there is water, towels, exercise machines, dumbbells - everything is thought out. There is a laundry - 3 washing machines and 3 dryers with powder. And everything is gorgeous here. Everything is cleaned, not a speck of dust. The room itself - you will admire it, very pleasant. The hotel is gorgeous, with big BUTs. Delight in the hotel itself and minuses of the administration, the people who are the face of the hotel. Make a fine for smoking on some floors and non-smokers will feel comfortable. Open door of the room, people sitting and a stinking corridor. Photos of the rooms are honest, nothing to add.

Convenient transportation, less than two kilometers away from Lipu South Station, the homestay can pick up and drop off; the room layout is antique, the facilities are complete, sitting on the sofa by the window is very comfortable to read; the restaurant food is delicious; the most important thing is that the surrounding autumn rice fields are so beautiful~~~

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

The front desk service was warm and I asked if I wanted to choose whether to be close to the elevator (for the convenience of the itinerary), and there was sleeping milk at night. Breakfast is also rich and highly recommended.

Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

RRozJordanWe had a good stay in Huaihua. We enjoyed the relaxed basic lifestyle of the people in Huaihua. We stayed for 2 nights at the Railway hotel. It once used to be a beautiful hotel. Currently we felt it slightly dirty, but we can still recommend an easy overnight here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room. The bed was in fact very comfortable.

The supporting facilities in the guest rooms are also very good, clean and tidy, and the bedding is changed for each guest, making it comfortable and hygienic.
