Divalux Resort & Spa Bangkok strikes a strong balance—stylish, service-rich, and well-placed. While a handful of guests report service lapses or room issues, the majority enjoy its comfort, facilities, and convenience. If seamless shuttle access and relaxing amenities are your priority, this hotel is a very solid choice.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The mattress was very comfortable and contributed to a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness facility was well-equipped. The shuttle bus to the airport was fast and reliable.
A big advantage is that you can reach Terminal 1 on foot within a few minutes via an underground passage, where you pass the Superrich currency exchange. The fruit provided in the room was a nice extra.
Some drawbacks were the unpleasant smell in the room, possibly because the windows cannot be opened and the interior is somewhat dated. I also found the room numbering a bit confusing—for example, a room on the second floor was numbered 1432. Additionally, it took me some time to find my way to the fitness center.
Despite these issues, I had a good stay overall.

The hotel was clean and close to the airport.
I made the mistake of taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Got charged 700bht for a 10 mins drive. I asked the front dest about it and they said I should have just paid 100bht. Just book the shuttle honestly.
I came in after midnight, the staff were friendly and i had a great nights sleep.
Would book again.
Just watch out about the taxi.

The hotel room rate has recently increased because expensive toiletries are now used in all rooms and I observe that the hotel is selling souvenirs and local products at the lobby. I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for allowing me to carry out plane-spotting from 10 am to 5 pm on its terrace garden, which opens from 6 am to 8 pm. I like the room allocated to me as there is the panoramic view of Suvarnabhumi's runway and I am very happy when I see an aircraft arriving on the runway. To see aircraft taking off to the sky during winter, stand at the Terrace Garden ideally. I will stay here again if necessary for plane-spotting purpose.

The staffs were good and welcoming. However, there were no proper air conditioners on the hallway. It was literally too hot/warm to walk on the hallway. But there’s ac in the room though. I’d recommend for one to two nights stay only

I do not forget this hotel easily because the hotel itself has excellent fengshui and it brings luck to all staff and miracles to plane-spotters like me. I am surprised to witness Ethiopian Cargo's inaugural flight from Liege to Suvarnabhumi and inaugural flight from Suvarnabhumi to Anchorage on the rooftop pool area as well as Kenya Airways' wildlife-themed Dreamliner livery on 8 April 2025. Good news to customers that book the rooms without meals: The hotel restaurant King Kaeo Coffeeshop has reduced cost of breakfast from 290 Baht to 250 Baht per guest after the 28 March earthquake.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is clean and spacious. Service is good. Hotel provides free airport shuttle service which is excellent. We will sure return to this hotel again.
I recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression.
I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better.
On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive.
The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.
Not bad, not bad, not bad, I stayed here on a business trip, Coca-Cola was good, Coca-Cola was good, healthy, healthy, healthy, hygienic, clean, good mute effect, not bad

GGuest UserThe room significantly exceeded our expectations in size, and the service was incredibly attentive. The entire place was spotlessly clean. The gardens were absolutely beautiful, especially benefiting from the hotel's location right next to a golf course! Our only minor points were that the open-air corridors tended to get a bit warm, and on one occasion, a bath towel had a peculiar smell, though it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we were very satisfied!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a great location, very close to the airport, which makes it super convenient for travelers. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was really helpful.
The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options, and the bed was soft and comfortable. A good choice for a short stay near the airport👏🏻👏🏻

سسعودHonestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent.
بصراحة ما سكنت عندهم لكن زرتهم قبل لا اسكن وسمحت لي باسترداد نقدي تقريبا بيت عائلي بتأجير غرف فوق
The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful.
الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ولكن من الخارج نوعا ما ليست مرتبة لكن اخلاق العائلة رائعة جدا
