It's a pity I didn't take a picture because I forgot, but overall it's good. If you check out late, for example, until 6 pm, you will be charged 500 baht, whether you are late for 1 hour or 2 hours, you will still be charged 500 baht. For breakfast, I like grilled pork and rice soup.

The location is central which is great. However the amenities were not upto to par. The plugs to charge phone or other devices were not existent. I had to unplug the lamp in which the cable was all broken and it could catch fire. They should replace and add plugs.

This is my third times choosing khon Kean hotel whenever I go khon Kean. The staffs are very nice and warm. The room are well kept. Thanks for making our stayed a memorial one. Will be back soon.

As a first timer i found this a near perfect fit for my needs. Staff were very attentive and accommodating to my needs and also spoke English ( a rarity in Thailand) The room fitted the description on the site and lived up to my expectations. Would highly recommend for anyone going to Khon Kaen

The hotel is beautiful and looks as advertised. The price is reasonable. I recommend it. But at night, you should turn on the lights in the corridor. I checked out at 5 am and was a bit surprised. It was very dark in the corridor. But other than that, it was very good. I recommend it.

Accommodation near the hospital, KKU, and the airport. The place is spacious and not cramped. There is convenient parking and security guards.

It's amazing. They have a shuttle service to the airport all the time. The service is excellent. The room is clean. The quality of the room may be a bit old-fashioned. It looks classic. The air conditioner has a little leakage. But overall, it's very good. I'm impressed. The breakfast is delicious. I like it.

Roma is a charming and well kept hotel in an excellent location within footsteps of restaurants and a wide variety of street vendor foods which I prefer. Always met with a smile and warm demeanor.from reception everytime I return. A 5 star hotel in my book👍
