We have stayed at several U Hotel branches, and this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. The staff warmly welcomed us and were very friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. They were proactive in accommodating additional requests, and even the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to assist us, there was a small gap under the door where mosquitoes could enter the room, but the maid quickly addressed it by placing a cloth to seal it. We were genuinely impressed by their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience. The only area for improvement would be the warm water system, as it didn’t function consistently. Apart from that, everything else was excellent

The resort offers a very peaceful and calming atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Although it is located quite far from the city, the serene surroundings more than make up for it. The service is attentive and commendable. Recommended.

A magical stay at Raya Buri Resort Kanchanaburi I had a wonderful experience at Raya Buri Resort Kanchanaburi, a floating hotel in the Sinakarin Dam. The location is stunning, surrounded by lush green hills and sparkling water. The road that leads to the resort is a scenic drive that sets the mood for a relaxing getaway. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The resort provides canoes for guests to explore the lake and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with both Thai and Western options. The resort is a photographer’s paradise, with many opportunities to capture the natural beauty of the area. The hills, the lake, and the passing boats create a picturesque scene that looks like a fairytale. And it is worthwhile to get up early to observe the sunrise: just beautiful! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Kanchanaburi. It is a place where you can relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature.

This was fabulous! Located in a lush green surrounding, it was an amazing place to scape. They had a pool that overlooked a lovely lake and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic- stunning and serene. The kids did ziplining and the course was right on the hotel grounds. We did a day trip from here to Erawan National Park. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly and delightful staffs who made the trip and proposal a success. Dining staffs were always with a smile and helped to introduce dishes patiently. Area is full of insects though which is expected so bring along insect repellant.

Upon arriving a few hours before check-in time, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who swiftly checked us in. There was a free welcome refreshment drinks by the lobby for newly arrived guests. The hotel, styled in a colonial manner, is situated by the River Kwai, which is 1.4 km from downtown Kanchanaburi. The property appeared well-maintained, with elegant decor in the lounge and a delightful tropical garden. Photography enthusiasts can capture stunning shots of the riverside, featuring sunrises, sunsets, and passing boats. Although unsure if swimming is permitted, there are steps leading to the water. Our room overlooked the river and boasted a balcony. Complimentary fizzy drinks, mini chocolate bars, and snacks were provided. The room was spacious, featuring pristine Thai teak floors, high-quality wooden furniture, and comfortable beds. The bathroom was exceptional, offering a powerful hot/cold shower and a separate bathtub. Fresh, unstained bath towels were provided. The expansive pool had all necessary amenities, and the internet connection was reliable and fast. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of food with hot and cold drinks, while the lounge 'Terrace' menu featured reasonably priced international options. The onsite 'Rice Barge' floating Thai restaurant by the river served delicious dishes like pork curry, laab chicken, and phad thai with prawns. The staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive, providing assistance as required. Visitors can enjoy feeding the rescued rabbits in enclosures near the pool. Contact the reception for rabbit food. For transportation, having your own vehicle is advisable. The resort does not organise tours, but various tour activities can be found in the city. A nearby 7-11 store, located about 400 meters from the resort by foot. Please note that a 300 Baht fine is applicable for lost room keycards. This is a perfect spot if you are looking for some nice and quiet place away from the city. Thank you Dheva Mantra Resort team for making our stay relaxing. We will be back again.

Cross River Kwai. Luxury hotel in Kanchaburi. Nice staff, good service, glorious view, and perfect decoration. We stayed 1 night here (Type: X Float Luxe cabin) with complimentary snack bar, afternoon tea and bed time tea set. Breakfast is buffet and taste is good. Its location is really quite which is good for relax time. If you checked in here, you will love it like we did.

Overall, the facilities were well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the shower temperature was comfortable. Dinner was a buffet style, but it got a little boring after two days in a row. However, there are no restaurants nearby, so it was good to be able to get all my meals at the hotel. What impressed me most about this hotel were the staff, who had lovely smiles. Everyone was friendly, and although we had a number of issues, including our child being unwell, they were very kind and helpful.

Great place unexpectely. It is located near river so that I can stay with nature watching river flows. All of facilities are very good. But hope to improve common bath/toilet facilities and tent cleaness. Other thigns, very good
