The hotel room was clean and modern with good ammenities. Has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was nice too. Only a 15 min or short bus ride from city centre.

Was only here for a night as early morning flight. Was in a good location, close to public transport. Checked in around 9pm and receptionist was tending to other guests so had to wait around. Room is very standard but enough for what I needed it for. Fairly clean. AC system was loud but at least it had it in to keep the room cool. Overall, a reasonable option hotel which is fairly central and about 10-15 minutes taxi away from the airport.

Great hotel, comfortable. Twin room, what I got was literally above nightclub, so very kind gentleman from reception swapped it to double bed away from club noise. Good night sleep and breakfast was lovely. Perfect central location.

The apartments are in the center of the city. in the pedestrian access all the sights and entertainment. The hotel information was not available and only after you have seen the information on Google maps(the information is provided to support). In general, the impressions were positive but lacked a tea/coffee machine (boilers were available at the same time)

While I typically opt for older European hotels near attractions when traveling in Europe, this hotel truly stood out with its superb location; all major sights were within a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself was very spacious and bright, and both the lobby and the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered an extensive variety, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Stayed one night in April 2024. Within walking distance of the Bratislava Hlavna train station and the old town. The reception was a bit difficult to find at first but the staff were very friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was fine, the mattress was quite thin and there was just one giant pillow. There was a door that seemed to open out onto a communal terrace along with neighbouring rooms. I slept well and there was no noise.

The overall experience is very good. First of all, the hotel is in a very advantageous location with convenient transportation and many dining and shopping places around. The room is modernly decorated with complete facilities, comfortable beds with moderate hardness, ensuring good sleep quality. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the bath towels and towels are also soft. The service staff is friendly, helpful, and able to respond to guests' needs in a timely manner. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh in ingredients, and diverse in flavors, which can meet the needs of different guests. Overall, this hotel has excellent hardware facilities and service quality, and it is very cost-effective. It is a pleasant accommodation experience.

The female receptionist and manager were very helpfull -polite .Great wifi-clean quiet rooms.Would stay there again.

The hotel is not a big hotel, but it should be good locally. The hotel lobby is not 10 minutes bright, but the design is OK. The front desk staff are 10 minutes Nice. The room is also very design, but it is noted that the cellar and the window sill are dirty and the breakfast restaurant is well designed. Can be a punch card, breakfast is delicious, the overall feeling is still good, comfortable.

Hotel is next to President palace in the city of Bratislava. Hotel is old fashion but big, I got 325 corner room. The TV in room doesnt work also net was extremly slowly. I reported it tu hotel but only I am y sorry its today all hotel problem. In bif hotel chain is not working TV cause for new room or high compensation on level min 25% of hotel room price. Materas are very poor and bed noisy. Breakfad are for my suprise bed, otherwise its training hotel for students for have to tolerant my recomendation is sent teachers tu Dubai to check how to do in serving besuse this is not added value for that students in serving and presentstion of food but old fashion Slovak standards, otherwise food was fresh and tasty.
