RRICK CHVery good, the facilities are a bit old, others are OK, breakfast is good. Room service is also very good, every service staff is very polite. The room card of their hotel is very special, the gorilla, just tracked the mountain gorilla in the volcano park.

GGuest UserExcellent stay! The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-organized. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh local fruits and sweet bananas. A special thanks to Assumpta at reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

PPelumi FadareI had a great time here because the service was nice. I had some issues and the manager sorted into it and was so nice. Recommended. The lake is just across the hotel.

Amazing
TToudingxiaowuyaIt is really like a paradise, surrounded by the original rainforest and the continuous tea garden, the scenery is very shocking. The clouds and mist flowed between the valleys in the early morning, very dreamy. Hotel service is professional, the overall experience far exceeds expectations.
