The butler service is attentive and friendly. The water house is great. There is a hammock to play in. Due to limited room availability, I stayed for one night first and then transferred to other rooms. The hotel environment is good and I am satisfied with my stay!
Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa

The Resort: We’ve reported previously that this is a beautiful, well planned and maintained resort which, even at full occupancy, never feels too crowded. Considering its fairly small size, there’s a good variety of restaurants and cuisines -- all expertly prepared by a team of talented chefs under the guidance of the ever-attentive Executive Chef Asaf (who is also Executive Assistant Manager F&B & Culinary) -- and bars in which to relax or socialize. Strenuous efforts are made to keep the beautiful beaches free of seaweed, and the gardening team are constantly pruning, planting and tending the island’s flora and fauna. All the facilities and services are of a first-class standard, but what sets this resort apart from many others we’ve been to is the outstanding quality and dedication of the staff (the Associates). Their pride in the resort and in what they do means that nothing is too much trouble, and they provide a welcoming, friendly professionalism. Credit must go to the GM Thomas and his Executive team for ensuring that the Associates feel valued and for maintaining their positivity and commitment. Much of their pride must stem from the fact that, taking on board customer feedback and the creative efforts of the sales and marketing teams, the Resort is continuously improving and introducing new initiatives for the benefit of the guests. Once again, we stayed in a sunset overwater villa with pool on the west side of the island. The accommodation was clean, well serviced and provisioned. We certainly felt the benefit of the pool. We also opted for the Premium All-Inclusive package and found that this enabled us to have stress-free food and drink selections at all outlets in the resort. Food and Beverage: For the size of the resort, the restaurants, the variety of menu selections and the quality of food preparation are exceptional. New dishes are continuously added to the menu, and we were pleased to sample some of Chef Asaf’s Turkish additions in Riviera and Velaa. Over a 15-day stay, we had plenty of variety and never experienced a disappointing meal. Executive Chef Asaf and his team of chefs are always visible and seek feedback from guests. The Premium All-Inclusive wine list was also expanded this year to include one of our all-time favourites: Whispering Angel Cotes de Provence rose wine. Perfect! Over our two-week stay, we had most of our lunches at the Riviera Restaurant, where the staff worked tirelessly to make it a relaxing tropical beachside experience. The experienced team of Rishab, Madhuri, Faith, Ari, Evi, Lita, Xavi, Uhchu and Faarish all work hard as a team, making every dining experience an enjoyable one. We truly appreciate all their extra efforts to make our vacation so enjoyable. The table decorations and special dining locations were amazing. We also applaud the ever-cheerful Chef Arvind and his team, who prepare delicious meals (including some surprise off-menu feasts) and then pop by each guest’s table

We stayed for five nights with one night in beach villa, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade it to water villa. The most remarkable feature of this island is bare foot. As it sited on the island, 'If you're wearing more than bare foot, you are overdressed. ' We experienced a very kind and honest welcome ceremony, with some locals dancing and playing drums. All the waiters and waitresses are very friendly, always makes us feel like talking to our old friends. Especially whenever we are in the restaurant or in bar, they will come over and have some sweet small talks, just like family, even all the guests will have warm small talks as well. There are barely no Asian on the island, only one of the waiter can speak a few Chinese words. However, English works perfectly fine on this island. The beach was white and beautiful, water is very clear with many colourful fish. If you're lucky enough, you might see some baby reef sharks and turtles. Unfortunately, most corals have died, but many fish still live there. Here's a beautiful infinitely pool, the hotel must have put some essential oil in it so that it has a light lemongrass smell. There is a once a week Maldivians' night, some locals will dress up, performance and party with guests. The only flaw of our stay is that some wood on this island has aged, we got wood pieces stuck into our skin for twice, though hotel dealt with our wounds and sanded those stairs ASAP. BTW, kids are not welcomed on this island.

The price/performance ratio is really high. When Ctrip is marked, it does not include breakfast. The hotel order is for three meals. Everyone is free to eat for three meals. Bar drinking is also free! It’s cool! Hotel service is general, it feels better to be humanized. Wi-Fi is limited to 500MB per day, and if it exceeds, it will cost $15/day. Then the hotel room recommended beach villas, much better than the water house, but also new, and cheap. Going out to the beach to snorkel, the island's biggest feature is the best snorkeling, you can see the big devil fish, small sharks, good luck can also see the big turtle! Then the island's entertainment programs are also very rich, there are three bars and swimming pools, there are different themes every day, remember to bring a shirt, and the grandmothers who are more than 70 in the evening are all dressed up to drink haha...
Cocoon Maldives - All Inclusive

The good service began at the main airport in Malé. Our luggage was collected on arrival and we only saw it again in our villa at the resort. So we no longer had to worry about it. The seaplane transfer to the destination island was also well organised and went smoothly. After the seaplane landed, we were warmly welcomed at the pier by the Cocoon team with drums and singing. Our personal contact RIYAZ then showed us around the island in a golf cart and explained the entire resort and all the features of our villa. We were first given Beach Suite No. 206, which was already perfectly equipped and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset. To our complete surprise, after a few days the resort upgraded us to Beach Suite no. 224 with its own pool free of charge. It really couldn't get any better than that. Many thanks again for this!!! During our entire stay, our contact person RIYAZ was always there to answer any questions we had and kept us well informed about all activities and times. Many thanks for that RIYAZ! The whole island, including the hotel complex, made a very good, modern, stylish and clean impression and was very well organised. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness, competence and warmth of the entire staff. It gave the impression that we were not just on holiday, but visiting friends. Unfortunately, we couldn't remember every single name, but a few in particular stuck in our minds. For example, there were SHAKSHI and ROJA, who greeted us warmly every time we visited the Octopus restaurant and accompanied us to our table. We always opted for a table in the outdoor area and were mainly served by SHAHEEN and ATHY. We particularly miss them as they always met us with a smile on their faces and really perfect service. We also enjoyed the small talks at the table to the full and will miss them very much. Thank you very much for the great moments. The food in the restaurant was excellent, varied every day and had something to suit every palate. We were particularly impressed by the freshly caught fish, which was grilled live in front of our eyes. We would like to thank the entire kitchen team for all the culinary delights, especially SEMU, UDAYA and KUSHAAL, who often made us laugh with their friendliness and funny anecdotes at the buffet. One evening, we had decided to have a romantic dinner at the Manta restaurant. Her too the food was of the highest quality and the service was perfect all around. Many thanks for that. For a drink in between, we were often guests at the Loabi Loabi Bar and also the Kurum Bar. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire bar team for the delicious drinks, great conversations and extremely friendly service. Our vacation was rounded off with a relaxing stay in the spa area, where we were able to reflect on the last days of our vacation during a relaxing massage. All in all, it was the best vacation we have ever had and we would like to thank every single member of the C

Wonderful staff who can’t do enough to ensure you have the most relaxing and amazing time in paradise. The accommodation is superb with housekeeping several times a day to assure you never run out of anything and it’s maintained to the highest standards. From the moment you arrive in Male, the hotel staff meets you to assure you have a stress free experience all the way, taking care of all transfers including seaplane, luggage, customs etc. Our Guest Relations Officer Ms. Kencho did an outstanding job by ensuring our experiences and activities during our stay were booked and arranged for us in the upmost professional manner. All staff is so kind, friendly and caring at the resort that we felt like at home away from home. We would definitely recommend Atmosphere Kanifushi to our family and friends. PS - travel tip, hire the city bikes from day one to get around the island. They’re convenient and fun ;)
Kudadoo Maldives Private Island – Luxury All Inclusive

Unique, Unbelievable and totally Unforgettable. The primary reason for us choosing Kudadoo was their full all inclusive service with everything from massages, water sports, yoga, food and drink all being included! They even include a laundry service for you! What I wasn’t prepared for was the quality of the food and the service that came with the holiday which was second to none. You are assigned a dedicated butler for your stay, ours was Abby and I’m not sure when she slept but whenever we needed her she was available and always with a smile on her face. All of the staff from the gardeners to the waiters knew your name and were to polite and friendly, they really do think of everything here and the island is clearly very well managed. Would love to keep this place a secret as with only 15 villas I can see it getting very popular as we certainly want to come back!
