Excellent hotel, great, starting from arrival at the hotel and ending with breakfast and spa and promenade and restaurant. Everyone is polite and very friendly. The rooms have everything. If you want to ride, take a bike and please... Within walking distance (for those who like to walk), you can basically walk a polka dot to the Strictly City. And in the evening you can enjoy a walk along the embankment.

Fabulous hotel with superb rooms. The architecture of the hotel is just stunning with love for details. Also the room amenities are just spectacular. The bathroom features are to fall in love for. The gym was best in class for a hotel gym! The Service was unfortunately not as spectacular as expected but in average good. The Service was not as attentive as wished for , starting from the beach service but also at the breakfast restaurant. The staff were literally running from one to another point, almost crashing my son for several times. Also the room service was a bit slow and only cleaned the room after sending a reminder. Overall though, the hotel is definitely worth a visit!

On the third night of our stay, despite having booked half board for the week, I looked at the food on offer and decided that the limited choice of plain pasta, oven chips, boiled veg and basic salad was too depressing and we went out for dinner every night after. We had brilliant food in other restaurants. The food is not of a 4* standard, and it does not address vegetarianism. Oven chips in a 4* hotel - seriously. The food was the same even night. For a hotel that has wellness in its title, I had expected relaxing. The hotel is on a busy street which is noisy. This is the sound you can hear from the roof top pool and the heat is dry and dusty. You also get to share the pool with pigeons. Nighttimes were horrific with no air conditioning. When we asked about this, without any eye contact, we were told that they knew and it was the same for all the guests. The lift was often out of order and I am not sure that the staff like the guests.
