Was a bad experience, room's bed sheets from previous customer was not even changed. I checked in late and by the time I realized was late night. This was coupled with a bad Aircon setup. Aircon was auto set to turn off once room reached 25 degree C, this meant no air circulation in enclosed room . It was stuffy through the night and the aircon made a loud noise each time. Feed back to staff next day morning and found on second night, nothing changed. After two calls and going to front desk, then they finally change the setting so that the Aircon is not on thrift mode.
Not that they only change bedsheets on request and you need to tell them before 2 pm.
Maybe that is why I am sleeping with bedsheets that still smell of body odour from previous guests.
Btw, read other reviews that the laundry room lights off at 10 pm which is using the time people do laundry is indeed a pain, have to use your mobile phone as torch light.
Not a hotel that is welcoming to guests but one maximize their own profits at guests expense

The corner suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a good bakery shop and a convenience shop located within the hotel lobby. Hotel is located right at the heart of the shopping district. Comes with free parking for hotel guests. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is quite good—it’s very close to the sea, and the view from the room is excellent. Since it’s not near the city center, it’s also very quiet. There’s a swimming pool as well, which is great. The front desk staff were also very polite. These are all the positives.
However, when we checked in, the front desk gave us a room key, but when we opened the door, we found someone was already inside. We returned to the front desk and were given another room. But when we tried to enter, the door was locked from the inside—clearly, this room was also occupied. After some back and forth, they finally gave us a new key. It seems the staff was flustered and forgot to activate the room key access. As a result, we had to go back and forth between the room and the front desk several times. It was a very poor experience.

My recent stay at Parnas Jeju Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, evident from the stylish rooms to the chic lobby. Every corner exudes elegance and comfort, making it a delightful retreat.

A fancy and huge one room accommodation located in a different block at the Playce Camp. The accommodation is easily accessible by car and offers parking right at the doorstep.
A great place to stay if you want to visit Seongsan Ilchulbong and explore the surrounding vicinity.
Shinhwa Hotel and Resort is located conveniently to Shinhwa Water Park, the largest water park in Jeju. Relax in style while enjoying the gorgeous view at the Sky Pool. The resort features a total of 308 rooms including the 27㎡ Superior rooms, the 38㎡ Deluxe rooms, and the spacious 54㎡ Junior Suites overlooking the breath-taking Jeju horizon. Check-In/Out Check-In 3:00 PM l Check-Out 12:00 PM….
but perhaps there were something i need to suggest to the management or governance who manage the place in reality and genuine feedback from tourist who had his first visit to JEJU island, stayed in Shinhwa resort whereas not as other resort that sititng adjacent to the coast and beaches, instead the attraction were merely basis on the facilities and assest of the hotel such as Theme park, Water world and Skypools, top 3 marketing gimmicks of Shinhwa resort...inspite of the venue is licensed with CASINO business for adult who fond to it.
1: the house keeping; make up room time after 15:00 has contrary with the 11:00 check out time that has acquire guest to leave the room which was not very pleasant experience we had, walking along the corridor finding very untidy trolley and uncleaned towels lying on the floor in mess which was a very stunning views when after we walked out from the lift.
2: Lost and found procedure was either a non flexible approach, imagine i had to travel 180 minutes from AIRPORT to the hotel just to collect my lost found wallet, instead the hotel could have just call a taxi to send my wallet closeby to AIRPORT. It could had saved me 180 minutes and Korean W 35,000!
Any thought?

Our room was in a main “old” building. The walls in the hallway are dirty, the carpet is dirty too. You can see that everything is outdated. I haven't been in the annex building. I can't tell you what it looks like there. The breakfast is very good. The view of the sea is very beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are cool. It cost 35€ to get to the hotel from the airport by UBER taxi. UBER works great. Loved the ravioli at Martin house restaurant next to the hotel.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here, and it was unforgettable. The hotel’s warm welcome and attention to detail made us feel truly special. Our room featured cozy bathrobes, a towel heat dryer, a high-tech toilet, and soothing, warm lighting that created a relaxing ambiance. The pool and bathtub had perfect water flow and temperature, ideal for unwinding. To top it off, we hired a decoration agency that went above and beyond, surprising us with a beautiful setup, cake, and champagne. Every detail, from the amenities to the exceptional service, made this stay remarkable. We’ll cherish these memories!

A great hotel which is really high end. Pools are great though not really great for small kids though was great they had free floatation aids. A shame Customer service sometimes lacked experience, food is great but expensive (even the buffet) and there were some strange limitations like the Italian didn’t serve pasta in the evening and 2 of the restaurants only served set menus. A strange juxtaposition as many of the people staying there seemed to be families. The last thing to mention is the play area is tiny. In the pictures it shows a big room full of toys which it seems is closed now though the website doesn’t mention it

SSin NyongRoom facing ocean was good. But we were given room on 2nd floor. Rooftop pool & sunset view was excellent. Overall it was a pleasant stay for one night. Will come back for the resort next time.
GGuest UserOur second stay and I would love to return again
It's basically a honeymoon / baby hotel. Many young couples and families with children under 10. Very calm and peaceful.
Clean, nice, heated pool.
Breakfast could be better, we opted out, but it's still convenient.
The sauna is absolutely wonderful, I really healed my body and soul there.
As for the room type, the last year we stayed in a standard view room. You have to know that there is NO view. It was a ground floor room with all the consequences. We didn't use the balcony at all. This year we chose garden view but got upgraded to a poolside view.
The poolside view honestly made the stay. Choose poolside or at least garden view if you can. Try to stay away from standard view.
There's also this hill suite building, we'll probably try and book a room there next year but we couldn't quite figure out how to use the spa. It wasn't clear if the building has its own spa or some overpass or underpass, or you'd have to walk across the road to the main building.
The beach is 5 minutes away by car and around 30 on foot. There's surfing lessons and surf rentals there, you can rent a chair, an umbrella, a sunbed and a tube.
Also, if you're thinking Lotte because of the closeness to the beach, note that the pedestrian walk to the beach is awful from there. It's 5-10 minutes of stairs.

JJunekitWe had a great stay at this hotel in Jeju City! The room was a standard modern size, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—right across from the Shinsegae Duty-Free store and within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for shopping and dining.
Its proximity to the airport is a major plus, making travel stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju City!

SSyedHad a wonderful time here. Staff was super riendly and co-operative. Only drawback is the location as its not very lively but a great option for a budget friendly trip. We had early morning flight so they arranged a taxi for us too which was nice. Its about 1 hr from Jeju airport and is a good spot if you want calm holidays and want to visit Odo island.
