The room type we booked was a Japanese tatami room, and the strong Japanese flavor was already there as soon as we entered the room! There is a large terrace next to the window. It happened to snow on the day we checked in, so you can sit and enjoy the snow scenery! Dinner and breakfast are very rich! The hot spring is also spacious and the hotel makes people feel comfortable!
The breakfast is not Chinese, but there is nothing wrong with it. It is a vacation hotel for Japanese locals. There are no mainlanders. It is OK to bring children. There is parking. The hot springs are good. Apples are available. There is a shuttle bus to the station. There is a supermarket next to it.
Location: 5mins walk from Hirozaki Station (exit station, turn left, can already see hotel)
30mins walk to Hirozaki Castle, which is a pleasant walk, so do not necessarily have to take the public bus
The hotel is located at the northern foot of Mount Iwaki in Aomori Prefecture, with an excellent natural environment.
The room overlooks the Sea of Japan. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when I checked in, otherwise I believe I could see the sunset over the Sea of Japan.
The ski resort next to it has many snow trails, but there are mostly green trails for beginners, which is very suitable for most ski enthusiasts.
Only the hotel's breakfast and dinner meals are of lower quality.
The view is great, the service is very attentive, and there is a welcome afternoon tea, which is much better than I expected. There is ramen for breakfast and a massager in the room. Overall, I am very satisfied!
Excellent hotel, the hardware facilities in the room are great, the kettle is a high-end version, the coffee cups and tea cups are very textured, everything in the room is very comfortable, there are also wireless speakers, the bathhouse is reserved if you go early, there are not many breakfast dishes, but they are exquisite, different from ordinary hotels
Very good, although not specified, the room is arranged! It's big enough! It's no problem to book a triple room + double room! The Oirase Stream is so beautiful in winter, and the apple pie is super delicious. Try to book a stream breakfast. When you encounter snow, everything is happy. The scenery is especially beautiful. Dinner Apple Restaurant is also very good. You can pay at the store. It costs 6050 yen per person! It's a good breakfast at the stream, but the environment is invincible. Experience the snow flying. Breakfast will make up the difference of 1650 yen
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even spoke some English, super helpful for those who don't have very good Japanese skills! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.
Great Japanese style hotel! The decoration is very chic! The hot spring floating bath is great, with indoor and outdoor areas, and Thor and Sandman can be seen outdoors. There is a souvenir shop that sells many Aomoriya limited edition products. There are also performances to watch, and if you are tired you can make an appointment for a massage. But I arrived too late, the day was full. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great, with sashimi rice buffet, Western, Chinese, and Japanese styles! There is also apple juice from the apple tree. It is a must drink after passing by. I will stay here again next time.
This hot spring hotel is located on the top of a mountain. And it takes around an hour of driving up the hill in order to get to the hotel, but the view is completely worth it, the stars at night was so beautiful. The hot spring outdoor was comfy as well. However, the hotel didn’t have elevator, so maybe it’s best that you pack a smaller luggage. The dinner was verrrryyyyyy good and fresh, and the Aomori Apple beer that they had was sooooo goood. The buffet style breakfast offer different kinds of food too from English to Japanese. One thing that we are not a fan of was the blue indoor wear that they offer, as it didn’t look good and look like a massage therapist. Haha

MMissFoxHKBreakfast is excellent, must try for at least one time!
They provide free sake even at the breakfast time (I don't drink though)...
Nice & clean, staff are helpful & polite, just a bit away from JR station...
GGuest UserA great hotel and excellent value. Good amenities and restaurant m. Some good bars and restaurants nearby but quite a walk from the station so better if you are driving into the area. All great until a taxi was required which was going to be a while so we were left to it. Wouldn’t have worried except the trains had also been suspended due to the weather. Thank goodness good old Uber worked or we would have been stranded!
DDuangjaiWe have forgotten one essential thing at the hotel. Once we try to contact the hotel reception after midnight, we get their prompt attention and quick response. The hotel reception has a good service mind and helps to send our belonging to our next accommodation in time.
The hotel is near Aomori Station and interesting places such as Furukawa fish market, A-Factory, Nebuta Museum, where we can walk from the hotel.
Furthermore, there was a Christmas tree with a lot of snow beside the hotel. We have fun to visit there.
GGuest UserLocated about 7-10 mins walk away from station, but the cleanliness, spacious & comfortable room is worth it. Was allocated the top floor but a pity only staying for 1 night. I like it that they provided a standing night lamp in the room which makes people like me who needs to sleep with some lights on feel very comfortable as compared to the ceiling light. Will defintely be back if i ever visit Aomori again!
Wweina123The room is clean, the indoor hot spring is comfortable, the outdoor one is too cold, the hot spring is not hot enough, it snowed heavily in January, and it is indeed comfortable to take a hot spring bath, but you have to drive yourself, otherwise the transportation is inconvenient! The hotel's breakfast and dinner are suitable, and those who like Japanese food will definitely love it!

AAlbert JrLocation of the hotel is excellent. Located within downtown Aomori which means everything is very accessible. Hotel is old, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Just don't expect very modern looks or luxuriousness. The one downside is parking. There is parking, not expensive, but the parking lot in front of the hotel is often full because there are also guest who are using the parking for the adjoining restaurant. But if the parking is full, the hotel has another parking lot for you except that it's e blocks away. During summer this is not a problem, but I can imagine during Aomori winter's this can be less than desirable
JJackieXThe hotel is about 1.4 km walk from Hongcheng Park. Breakfast is on the 13th floor, with a nice view of the snow-capped mountains.
The hotel has been renovated, but the most important mattresses and bathrooms have not been updated, and the toilet seat cannot be heated, which is very un-Japanese.
The curtains have poor light blocking, and it is light here at 5 am.
The front desk staff is very friendly. We arrived very late and there was a guide to help us find the restaurant.
CChong Mui ChooThe location is great, near the train station and restaurants are around the hotel. The parking attendant is very friendly. However the room is a little small and we have a family of 3, so need to split into 2 rooms. The hot bath, ice cream and noodle are great!
