The location is on the 8th floor of the LTC Glodok building. The room is clean and quite bright. The mattress and pillows are comfortable; since I have a spinal condition, I pay attention to mattress quality. So because I was able to sleep well, I decided to extend my stay at this hotel for one more day. Thank you, Favehotel!!!

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional—every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived a bit early and our rooms weren’t ready yet, the team kindly upgraded both of our rooms to suites, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It made our experience even more memorable. The property may be a bit older in style, but it’s well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The suites were spacious and cozy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. One small note for improvement: the corridors had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which might be unpleasant for some guests. Perhaps in the future, adding air fresheners or refreshing the carpet could help with that. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Staff were so helpful, especially the duty manager Dessy. Comfy bed. Note the rooms have a bathtub not a shower, however they do have the shower facility within the bathtub. Lovely long pool for those wanting to do laps and a well equipped gym also.

Stayed overnight for the Jakarta Fair. The location is strategic, just a short walk to the JI EXPO entrance. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's also dedicated parking for hotel guests, so you don't have to compete with other Jakarta Fair visitors for parking.

I have stayed in this hotel over and over. Very good location. Clean and neat rooms. Deluxe rooms with Meteo view are my favourite. The hotel always gave me upgrades. Had buffet lunch, and that was superb. All staff in the restaurant are very good. Located with a small mall, and can buy little things what we want. Easy to travel to other areas. Metro Lebak Bulus station is next to the hotel and can go to the station even during rainy days without getting wet via sky Bridge. Whole staff of the hotel very kind, smiling, pleasant and friendly and supportive. Near to Pondok Indah big shopping mall. I love this place. Thanks to all the front desk staff, Winda, Elena, Galih, Maulana, and all others and Tryana front officer manager again.. Hope to see you again.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The staff service very pleasant and polite. Though the hotel is quite old but clean and well kept plus the room very spacious. Breakfast also nice serving and good standard. Overall one of the best hotel to stay. Thumbs up and well done to everyone managing this hotel.

Such as reasonable price hotel staying around Kelapa Gading. Comfortable staying, parking lots provided. Overall rating is not bad.

We stayed one night in here..we love the facilities especially the sports facilties..the room quite spacious and clean. but the hallway to go to our room..hate the odor..just like baygon maybe should try other room fragrance..we dont know if they use baygon or what..but surely don’t like it. It’s an old hotel but the maintain it nicely👍🏼

For people travelling with cars need to pay parking voucher to get unlimited access instead of free parking as complementary hotel facility. Service is ok, would appreciate if hotel can provide separate shampoo and body wash instead of 2 in 1 shampoo and bodywash. Cleanliness is ok.

Located beside the shopping centre and not too far to the Airport. Price in general is within reason, except when hotel occupancy high, price is super inflated.
