My 2nd stay after a year or so and found that they tried to cut the opex. No alarm clock at room, the usb power point didn’t work (loose connection), and the fridge was empty. Sure you can always order room service, but I could pay for a slightly cheaper price and get a better room. Room was typical Mercure, nothing too fancy, housekeeping daily with sustainable initiatives. The location is next to a mall, but you need to go through security check every time moving in between the hotel and mall. It was a hassle sometimes. The mall is an upper end and you can see the target market is locals and tourists with a lot of money to spend. I personally feel that there are a more Indonesian-friendly malls out there.

Ascott’s staff are very accommodating and helpful. You say it, and they will help you with it. I just hope they can have more choices for breakfast. But overall stay is comfortable and nice!

Location at Kuningan district. Plenty of dining options and supermarket in small attached mall - very convenient. Working distance to WeWork and GoWork offices nearby. Rooms are large, amenities good, service great. Complimentary breakfast has lots of choices, both local and foreign.

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

On the 2nd night, the hotel changed the bed sheet and now it's super clean. The club staff are extraordinary, they made sure my daughter that has many allergies is able to enjoy the good food. Thanks for Ms. Aksha, Mr. Emyr, Mr. Aksay, Chef Doddy, Ms. Wenny, Ms. Theresia and others for exceeding our expectations. After the incident of an unforeseen event next to the hotel causing the noise till 12am on the first night, the guest relation Ms. Salsa checked us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much. The breakfast in Anigre is superb. Many options with various local excellent dishes, from yellow rice with complete condiments, sweet and savory cooked to order, various noodles with local soup taste. The breakfast at the lounge is more international high quality dishes. Both are great and we are glad to get the chance to try both options. The Gandaria City mall is one of the most complete malls with various excellent restaurant options. The only opportunity is that we are expecting a sofa bed as advertised by Trip.com for a large king room. Trip.com needs to make sure the accuracy of the room has possible variation. In conclusion I will definitely come back to this hotel

40 minutes ride from airport. Hotel is very new and sparkling clean. Check in is fast and service is superb. Shower, aircon and bed are all comfortable. Have night food stalls just downstairs and nearby convenience stores. Good location to rest anf explore jakarta. Executive lounge will be ready within 2024 for booking. I will be back!

The shower room's glass partition is shaky and a bit run down..the breakfast has a good varieties but, but are mostly foods that served the local.community. there are virtually no meats provided except for the half cut sausage and chicken stripe meant for the porridge. Quiet a poor breakfas menu as compare to other hotels that we stayed from Jogja to Bandung.

it was a great hotel to stay if you want an easy access to public transportation. so if you want to use public transportation you can consider to stay at this hotel to make your stay easier for getting and access to the public transportation

Very near to Lotte Shopping Avenue, Sudirman center offices, and Mega Kuningan business district. Private & safe environment, very easy to find. Sunrise and city night view from the room is amazing. But what I love most of the room is the whiskey bar 😆!
