I was a bit put off by some of the reviews before booking, but my actual stay turned out to be quite decent. The lobby and garden areas were pleasant, and there's a swimming pool too. In the evening, we even enjoyed listening to music and having beers at the poolside bar. We only stayed one night as a stopover for an early morning flight, and for that purpose, it was perfectly fine.

This place is very fancy! The dtaff treat you like a celebrity. Great rooms and service too. It's not exactly cheap by Egyptian standards but you certainly get what you pay for and more! And unlike some other places in Cairo you feel safe due to excellent security. Free shuttle to the airport takes 10 minutes at most. Would reccomend.

Hotel location is great, breakfast is good, room is nice. However, there are some issues. The rooms have no openable windows, there is always a strong smell of air freshener which can’t be vented. Services are generally good, but there are some girls in the canteen pressurising for reviews after some average service while others silently work hard doing the services. 4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room. It ruined our experience a bit after otherwise a nice stay.

The location of the hotel is very good , the entrance of the hotel is very nice .i choose it because its new opining in 2025 but unfortunately i shocked when I saw the rooms and the toilets . The room full of dust , no proper cleaning even when i asked the cleaning person to do it. They just fixed the bed . The bathroom not clean and looks in very bad condition. If the management will not take action and put proper plan to check after there workers. Then they will lose there customers. Room service also not responding directly if I requested anything and took 2 days to do it . I think i paid too much for bad service.

It was a wonderful stay at Blue Ocean Studio. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool area is another highlight clean, cozy, and a great spot to unwind. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

After 13 hours in a plane without hotel reservation it was the first that come over to my trip, I just try it and I don’t regret even one single cent that it cost! Staff extra friendly, always attentive to the kids, just imagine that you flight 13 hours with two kids and then the manager of the hotel give you a free buffet breakfast! Yeah that’s what Mohamed Khattab did!the whole hotel extra clean, the room as they show in the pictures confortable, the pool was amazing…. In general this is a hotel that I’ll recommend to anyone that wants to have a really relaxing family time!

The room is clean and the service is perfect, but the toilet is small. The air conditioner in one of our rooms is broken, but it is okay not to turn on the air conditioner in this weather. The window view is pretty good. However, the hotel elevator is small and can only accommodate up to four people at a time. It is also slow to go up and down. The breakfast is rich, and it is close to the airport and the exhibition center for taxis. It is also convenient to order takeout. I will book this hotel next time.

The hotel is located in the old town, the breakfast is OK, the desserts are good, and there are not many dishes. The room is large, and the swimming pool is not large. Clean, tidy, good service attitude, not far from the pyramids and museums.

It was my first visit to the Hotel in Cairo, and it was an amazing one! The location is convenient, close to the airport and away from the busy area, yet its easy to move around the city because of its centralized location.. Attractions are 20 minutes away by car from it, and this timing is very normal in Cairo due to heavy traffic around... The staff were super, the service was more than amazing, the breakfast varieties were super and very delicious, the pool is clean and staff were super friendly and they always accommodated our requests. The receptionists all of them were great! I cannot find on mistake with their services to be honest... everyone was happy smiling and super helpful! I'm defiantly coming again to this place! I wish you all the best and keep the service amazing always!

XXinwuyiwu100This hotel is perfectly situated right inside the airport terminal. From T3 Domestic Arrivals, once you've collected your bags, simply exit, turn left, take the elevator up, and follow the clear signs – it's incredibly easy to locate. For catching a flight the next day, it's also extremely convenient, as you can reach the departure level in just a 5-minute walk.

BBensonHKTitle: Unparalleled Luxury and Impeccable Service at St. Regis Cairo Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Cairo during my visit to this magnificent city, and I must say that it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The St. Regis Cairo is a true testament to luxury and sophistication. The moment I stepped into the opulent lobby, I was greeted by a stunning display of modern design blended seamlessly with elements of Egyptian heritage. The attention to detail was impeccable, with intricate artwork, exquisite furnishings, and a magnificent chandelier that took my breath away. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt room service and personalized recommendations for local attractions, their dedication to providing a flawless experience was evident throughout. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The culinary offerings were nothing short of extraordinary, with a diverse range of cuisines prepared by world-class chefs. Whether indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet, savoring a gourmet dinner, or enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city, each dining experience was a culinary delight. GGuest UserThis hotel was better than expected. We didnt stay at our usual hotel as the prices for Cairo currently are very high so this was the first time at this hotel. The location is really good - pharmacies, restaurants, kiosks and a Metro market all with 30 seconds walk of the hotel and of course Zamalek is really central so a good hub for Uber and getting around the city. Prior reviews are pretty bad but we found the hotel incredibly clean, the side nile view room we had was large, well appointed, the furniture was certainly not tired and we were pleased with the room from a comfort and business perspective. WIFI worked well, a desk in the room and settee and the bed was GREAT. They really dont have any facilities and there is no gym which is an issue for us but we knew this before booking but there are many gyms close by so dont let this be an issue - just GOOGLE! The breakfast by Egyptian standards was alright. The big plus is the omlette/egg station and they also do morning crepes. Fruit, hot food section, breads,, salads etc and frankly it does the job. Egyptians do breakfast really well so although this is a bit below par on an Egyptian level - on a European level it is very good compared to your travelodges and Holiday Inn Express's in the UK. The staff as always are friendly, attentive and yes you need to tip but this is the same in all Egypt - average tip is 20 EGP. Leave something to housekeeping and you will get lot of extras eg extra coffee etc. I liked the hotel, the other reviewers I think may have been there as tourists expecting something different but frankly this is a good tourist class hotel and its always a good sign when you see Egyptians staying which there were.

PPenny BlackwellThe military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.
