Internesto Brno
4.3/516 Reviews
Brno City Center
Internesto Hotel Brno offers a mixed experience for guests visiting the city. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, ideal for exploring Brno's vibrant surroundings; however, the lack of parking spots for the hotel's clients might pose an inconvenience for those traveling by car. On a positive note, guests can indulge in a wonderful and delicious breakfast, setting a pleasant tone for the day ahead. Unfortunately, the experience is dampened by additional charges for pets, contradicting the notion of being a pet-friendly establishment. This unexpected cost may disappoint pet owners seeking a truly accommodating stay. Moreover, discrepancies between the rooms and the photos provided on the website raise concerns about accuracy and expectations. Guests might find that the actual rooms do not align with the initial portrayal, leading to potential disappointment. In summary, while Internesto Hotel Brno benefits from a prime location and delightful breakfast offerings, issues such as the lack of parking, extra pet charges, and room inconsistencies should be considered when booking a stay. Prospective guests should manage their expectations accordingly to ensure a satisfactory experience at this establishment.
Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum - Czech Leading Hotels

I really enjoyed while staying in the hotel. Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist, The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.

I chose the hotel primarily as it was across the road from the train station where I was arriving about 9pm, so didn't want to be trekking too far. Hotel was OK, rooms OK, although very odd heavily padded doors that open outwards like something from the 70s. But room was a decent size and very quite given it's on a very busy road with trains and cars and trams. Location excellent, not just for station but also for old town and castle etc, with all sights easily walkable apart from probably romany museum. Would recommend, and would def stay here again.

This hostel was a nightmare and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.

This is a new and clean hotel. However was very basic. The staff were very good and concerned about any issues we might have had. This is basically a roadside hotel at a truck stop that truckers use. A good hotel if your on the road for a long time and just need a place to rest. It really wasn’t the best for the vacation traveler. Our experience was a check in of 45 minutes due to real bad timing…was in line behind a dozen truckers and there was only one attendant. Also the included breakfast was sub par.

I booked an executive room with balcony. It says online that there was airconditioning which was the reason why I booked this studio type room since that week Czech was at its 30+° the entire week. We arrived around 7pm and head straight to their restaurant so we only checked the aircon when we came back to the room. It was not working. We asked for help and the receptionist dont know how to help us too. I was taking hormone medication that really heats up my body inducing a premenauposal state hence why I needed aircon badly. It was too late to pack up and looked for another hotel coz we were so exhausted so I tried to sleep with the fan which was not enough since it was hotter at night. Did not get enough sleep, was awoken a lot of times. At theck out I asked for compensation, which was a headache in negotiating, I even asked if they could just price the room same as the standard room and give me a refund but Supervisor wanted to use the price for the following day which was even higher than what we paid so there was no refund. They offered 10% discount but only to be redeemed when we stay another night. So ridiculous management. Then they also asked to deposit the same amount we paid online upon check in and it has been two weeks now and the money has not been refunded. They only tell me to chase my bank but I already have and said Efi hotel has not issued any refund. Was very stressed and not worth staying!

Then, the experience was in general positive, and I think the price is a little high for the services offered, as the bathrooms are common throughout the plane, and the windows are thin, so there is a lot of noise as it is near the station. However, advantages: beds with tent for provacy, every place has its closet (not served luck, they have their keys and it is a free service, but it is large enough to make us enter just a bag not too full), safe, Personal lights and taken to load. It is good design and furnishings. They are also flexible with check-in and give clear instructions in case of check-in after 21:00. And they keep your baggage free if you stay in the area beyond check-out . The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city.

Room 002. At the back of the property, on the ground floor, looking out over the carpark. Whilst a room overlooking the street may have been nice, I was only sleeping in the room as I was on a business trip and out all day. Rather surprised there was no tea / coffee / kettle in the room facilities in the room. Despite hanging my towels in the radiator every day, they were changed for fresh everyday... The room was quite dim, being as the window looked out onto the carpark and was surrounded by other 4 -and 5-story properties. The furniture was a little ”old” and warn, and the wardrobe needed a firm push to close. There was also a mildly damp / musty smell in the wardrobe... I got the feeling that Rm002 was an overflow room and not used that often as it was not on a oar with the phots of other rooms that I had seen on line prior to booking! However, the breakfast was good, the reception staff excellent and the location very good. Good bars / restaurants close by and only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Brno, World I stay again? Yes, for the location, but I'd ask NOT to be in Rm002 but to be in one of the upper floors. WARNING - Taxis: Got a taxi from the Railway Station to the hotel. Hailed at a rank etc etc. Charged CZK 500- for the trip which was excessive. No meter in the cab, cash only and no receipt... The cab that the hotel ordered for me to take me back to the station was CZK 200-, accepted card payment and gave a receipt. That is not a reflection on the hotel but be aware!

A very pleasant hotel close to the city centre of Brno. The sauna and bubble pool on the rooftop are amazing and the rooms are elegant, large and comfortable. A very good breakfast with all different choices available. Safe parking. Highly recommended.
Maximus Resort

The appearance of the hotel is very big, it is a leisure resort hotel, some distance from the city, it is more convenient to drive by car. The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.
