AAnonymous UserWhile visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan.

GGuest UserJust got back from Yantai, and my stay at the Hilton Yantai Golden Coast was unexpectedly pleasant. What I loved most was the view; I could see the shimmering sea right from my bed in the room. The family room was just the right size, and the bedding was soft and breathable. The public facilities were well-maintained; it was lovely to squeeze in a workout at the gym in the morning. Henny's service was spot-on, always handling any issues promptly and smoothly. The hotel has been around for a while, so some minor details aren't perfect, but its relaxed atmosphere makes up for it. Taking a stroll to Golden Beach after dinner to enjoy the sea breeze really maximized the vacation vibe. If you're looking to gaze at the sea and relax, this place is highly recommended. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

GGuest UserJust checked out of the Crowne Plaza Qingdao Ocean Spring Resort, and this 3-day, 2-night 'lie-flat' vacation was truly therapeutic. We didn't have to rush to any attractions, making it perfect for families with kids or those looking for a quiet escape. The hotel has a European castle style, and the high-ceilinged lobby with a crystal chandelier immediately sets a holiday mood upon entry. We were lucky enough to get a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The room itself was generously sized, but the real highlight was the large balcony. Stepping out, you're greeted by an unobstructed view of Aoshan Bay. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening – simply an amazing view. While some areas of the facilities showed a bit of age, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were quite good. Downstairs, there's a beach where you can wade in the water or dig in the sand – the kids absolutely loved it. There's also an outdoor children's swimming pool, and hotel guests have unlimited access. Next to it, there's a small petting zoo, where feeding the animals easily fills up a whole day.

I had to change my check-in time last minute during my trip, and after communicating online in advance, the front desk staff prepared everything for my check-in. Upon arrival, I didn't have to wait long in the lobby and was able to check in quickly, which saved me a lot of hassle after a long journey. During check-in, considering I was tired from a long journey, the staff spoke in a calm and soothing manner, providing only essential and practical information. Throughout my stay, I called the front desk multiple times to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out policies. Each time, they answered promptly, provided clear explanations, and offered suitable solutions from a guest's perspective. Check-out was transparent and reassuring. Even near shift change, the staff diligently completed their tasks without rushing guests or being perfunctory. Throughout my entire stay, the front desk team was polite and composed, demonstrating professionalism. During busy times, they worked efficiently and calmly. When it was less busy, they remained at their posts and maintained their service-oriented attitude, without any slack or idleness. Excellent service is hidden in many small details; there's no forced politeness, yet every interaction makes you feel secure and comfortable. The front desk's service alone is enough to make me willing to stay again, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting Qingdao.

ZZhizunjianjidanThe hotel is right next to May Fourth Square, just a 10-minute walk away! The room is very spacious, a suite with two bathrooms. The bedroom's bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub, and the ocean view outside is also beautiful! The cleaning lady for the room was exceptionally good, always replenishing mineral water and juice promptly every day. The front desk service was also excellent; sometimes when we returned late and couldn't find a parking spot, they would proactively come to the main entrance to direct and help us find one! Overall, next time I visit Qingdao, this hotel will definitely be on my list!

GGuest UserTraveling with kids, my priority was a hotel with direct beach access, which led me to choose the Hyatt Regency Qingdao Shanhai. The location is truly a huge plus! 🌊 You can go straight down to the beach from the hotel and even catch the sunrise over the sea, which significantly enhanced our experience. It's also very close to Wheat Island, Fushan Forest Park, and the Polar Ocean World, making sightseeing and excursions effortless. The executive lounge offers breathtaking views and a wide panorama, and the food quality is excellent; it's a very pleasant spot to relax. A special thanks to Sheila ✨ from the staff. She was incredibly patient and attentive from the booking stage, helping me compare and analyze the executive and sea-view rooms, giving suitable recommendations based on my needs, and enthusiastically suggesting nearby attractions. She also arranged for a child safety rail. Since we were with a child, we also received a complimentary sand play bucket. I initially expected an ordinary freebie, but I was pleasantly surprised by its excellent craftsmanship and quality; my child absolutely loved it. The service throughout our stay was meticulous and thoughtful, making for a truly wonderful overall experience. Highly recommended for families with children! We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qingdao.

The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

The Puyue Zhiya Seaview Hotel has an amazing location, within walking distance to the beach, and the sea view rooms offer a fantastic panorama. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, offering excellent value for money. I have to give a special shout-out to Xiao Jie, the front desk attendant! Her efficiency was incredible; check-in was completed in just three minutes, and she explained all the information clearly and thoroughly. Her attitude was incredibly thoughtful – she proactively helped with my luggage, patiently shared practical tips for local sightseeing and where to eat seafood, and when I temporarily needed toiletries, they were delivered very quickly. Professional and warm-hearted service! My entire experience was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rizhao, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit!
