A must stay hotel when travelling to Qingdao. The hotel has exceptional amenities including a well equipped gym with an amazing view, pool, hair dressing and spa facilities. The customer service especially was great. During our stay, Aimee小林from the team at Qingdao Haitian made our stay seamless, proving us updates and answering any questions we had on WeChat. On the way back to Beijing from a self-driving tour, I found a five-star hotel to rest for one night. The price was not expensive. I booked an elegant twin room, and asked the front desk to upgrade it to a deluxe twin room for free. There was also a welcome fruit plate and a rich breakfast. The hotel is very large, with a lake view when you go out, and the location is slightly off. The proactive service awareness is still a bit poor. The hotel did not provide children with slippers and toothbrushes, which is not like a five-star standard. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk, but the front desk said that I had to ask the floor attendant for them. There is no children's playground, only a small outdoor slide and swing. A newly built five-star hotel, there is no swimsuit pool. The overall feeling is still very good.

The set meal includes a full meal, which can be eaten at noon or in the evening. The dishes are rich and not bad. The mutton soup is delicious, with a hint of cumin, not fishy or smelly. Outside the restaurant, you can see Ande Lake through the shadowy branches, which is pleasing to the eye and satisfying. The service is very considerate. They will ask in advance whether to use an extra bed, and will also prepare children's slippers and disposable utensils for children. There are welcome fruits when you check in. The room is fully equipped and has a small courtyard. Sitting on the hanging chair in the courtyard in the early morning, listening to the birds singing on the branches, it is quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of dishes, wonton chicken soup noodles, toasted toast, meat sandwich... The taste of stir-fried dishes is generally lighter. The hotel has a 4-seater sightseeing bicycle that can be used for free, but it is only allowed on the road outside the hotel. I found a 2-seater bicycle on the trail along the lake. I rode while enjoying the scenery of the lake that is better than Jiangnan, and I felt happy. The hotel also gave fish food for free. After riding back, the children fed the fish by the pool in the courtyard. The beautiful holiday life ended easily and happily~

My stay at MGM was amazing, from start to finish. I came for one night as a treat to myself. Tina from the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of food they offered. The staff are friendly and caring. The pool is absolutely stunning and I just so while visiting. The whole hotel was beautiful and I loved my stay here. Will be coming back for sure with friends.

The location is convenient and easy to locate. It will be even better if the location is nearer to the metro station.

The southern little potato couldn't stand these warm receptions, so moved that I cried! ! Surrounding facilities: There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient! It was so cold that I went to buy cotton sweaters and cotton trousers overnight 🥲

This is my fourth time here. Every time I come here, I feel different. This winter, I feel that the business atmosphere is heavier than in previous years, and there are more people. Many service attitudes need to be improved, but everything else is OK.

The Roubaix Building of Shidao Hotel is very good. Although it is not as luxurious as the main building, the room rate is only half of that of the main building, which is still quite cost-effective. Each room has a small balcony. It is very pleasant to sit on a chair and drink tea in the sun and look at the sea view. The staff pulled a clothesline on the balcony and tied a windproof buckle to solve the problem of guests drying clothes. Although it is close to the sea, the bedding is dry and refreshing without being damp, which is very friendly to my sensitive skin. As for the surrounding green plants and the unbeatable sea view of the hotel, there is no need to say more. You can see the attached pictures for details. Shidao is really good, with mountains behind and the sea in front, it is very livable, without such a strong commercial atmosphere. It is a small town that you don't want to leave when you come.

The room is spacious, the newly renovated hotel environment is very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, the Weifang restaurant downstairs tastes very authentic, and friends will recommend booking

This has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at throughout my visits to Weihai. In terms of cleanliness, location, and comfort this has met all of my needs. One major thing that I enjoyed was the friendliness of all of the workers there, as a foreigner this made a huge difference and made checking in extremely comfortable and easy, everyone was very kind and helpful. Directly across the street there’s a big shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and English is also spoken by a few members as well. Will definitely stay here again!
