The location of the hotel is superb and very convenient to travel from and to Harbin Airport. And it’s just right few minutes walk to and from the Zhongyang Dajie (the central street). Highly recommended for everyone visiting Harbin! Stayed in the multi-level room. The design is nice with an electric curtain. One thing to improve is that the room lights are too dim and It would be a lot nicer if the hotel can change the room lights to be brighter or to be adjustable lights.

Location is best very nearby Sophia church just walking distance 3-4minute, receptionist very kind and helpful.Picture from trip.com similar with existing room is 95% same. Room still look new and cleaning. Hotel lobby have free warm free. I will come back to this hotel again.

Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!

Location: absolutely ideal and great to move around. Check - in experience: 3/5. front desk personnel pleasant but not couteous enough, since your target audience is also more foreigners, put english speaking personnel, treally helps. room- spacious and clean, toilets expecially,all needed accesorries made availabel. very generous and kind with room service- mineral water. rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was acceptable for my chinese local friends but not as a foreigners because no egg station. vegetarian food was difficult. ** need to buck-up on your claim that rooms are non-smoking - i disagree, I had to change rooms. saw guests smoking in thier room.**

This hotel was in a great location! We were close to Sophia Church, Zhongyang pedestrian street, and within walkable distance of a park and the Songhua River. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I found things to eat each morning, and they changed up some of the dishes served, which was nice. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special shoutout to 王颖. I spoke with her before arriving in Harbin to let her know that our flight arrived late at night. Through WeChat (my Chinese is not good), she helped me schedule a car and helped me work with a robot that delivers food to your room, plus a list of other things. 🤭 I found out she was often helpful when she wasn't on duty, which she did not have to do. I am so thankful for the kindness shown by 王颖. I will tell my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Harbin!

The host is very kind & friendly. The room have no space to open luggage but can open on the bed as the bed is big. For muslim might be need to pray on the bed as the floor space quite small , also the toilet is also small. This hotel is a bit far from center area (10 min by car from centre) where the center area is a bit more happening. No halal shop in this area , can bring your own food/rte. The host deal with the owner of husky ride (60yuan/pax) & horse carriage (100yuan/pax) but actually there is a horse carriage that can get for 60yuan/pax 😌 Be sure to negotiate direct with the horse & husky owner after see them/him. Snow valley got two park to play winter activities. The owner will suggest the near one which is 400 yuan with snowmobile ride ( but actually can be 200yuan without snowmobile ride so be sure to tell them as they might not told you). The other park is 45 min from this hotel which is wusongling/rime ridge (more famous )which the area is more big than the other park with price 400yuan for snowmobile and other winter activities. The difference between both park is that the area & activities provided.

Location! Metro Line3 just cross the road , less than 100m. 5 stars service, super clean. Room cleaner did good job. The porter(Geoff) helped my son take our luggage to the lift of the Metro, very helpful. Facilities are good, my son likes the gym and pool table. The staff(Tina) of third floor introduced the facilities for us when we first got to the floor. Also  she reminded us to wear more if we want to go Ice and Snow World, very friendly. Good breakfast, all staffs are professional. Special recommend-frozen pear if you like iced espresso.

They also have a counter from travel agency at their reception for you to book trips to other places in heilongjiang or day trips within the city.

Book a family room with 2x single and 1x queen bed. Room size is small considering this is a family room type. However, the hotel make up for its great location, just across the central walking street. Since the weather is extremely cold during the winter, getting a hotel right next to the walking street is an ideal consideration.

The room is large, simple and generous, suitable for people with big bags and small bags. The service is very good, the staff is polite, and requests are handled in time. There are often people taking a rest in the lobby, and they don't chase people away. The room is fully heated, and shorts and short sleeves are enough. The front desk is enthusiastic, and the image and temperament are online. There are many shopping malls around, and the Sophia Church is next door. I have visited it countless times in the morning and evening. It takes 10 minutes to get to Central Street and it is also close to Songhua River. It is just after walking through Central Street. It is also 10 minutes to the subway station. It is one of the most cost-effective hotels during the Spring Festival.

If you come from Harbin, the accommodation is right in front of the entrance, very convenient. The room for 10 people has 2 bunk beds and 3 large beds. The staff tried to help. The room is good. Easy to get to. But if you come from Yabuli side, get off the bus at the main gate and you have to drag your luggage through the city to the end. It's very difficult. But overall, if you come from Harbin, it's the most convenient.

Exceptional service and very warmth and nice people. We’re using their transfer service and they assist us almost everything upon picking up, shared us about cultures and stories and also bring us around before arrived at the hotel. When arriving, they already someone welcome us at the station and help us to carry our luggage to the hotel and into room. It is a family run hotel, everyone with big smiles and happy vibe. Rooms we had are spacious with good view, bed and pillow was comfy, very clean washroom and it’s overall a very cozy room that make me feels really relaxing. Foods are good with reasonable price, we enjoy the food that they recommended very much. I’m highly recommended this place if you’re visiting snow town. Will definitely stay there again if am going back in future.

We really love this homestay.it was more cheaper when you book in trip.com.The owner and the staff over there was so welcoming to the foreigners and very friendly.They give us nice and clean room.They also provide some tea bags ,mineral waters,tooth brush and hair dryer.This homestay located in the snow village and easy to found with a little walk.Easy to find food stalls and restaurant and the view was so stunning.We also keep our luggage for 2hours after check out and they allowed it.Overall this homestay is recommended and I'm sure you will definitely enjoy yourself.Next time we will book this homestay when we come to snow village.Thank you so much for the staff.

My family were new to north eastern China, and were welcomed by the hotel and staff, who assisted us with our many heavy luggage to the shuttle bus stop. They helped us book day tour to nearby attractions outside the snow town, and also transport to Harbin. When leaving the hotel, I forgot my back pack and fortunately the hotel staff noticed and called me on my phone and even brought it to the shuttle bus stop so that I can grab and go without missing my bus. Many thanks to boss and staff!

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.

The hotel service is very good, the front desk is very welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, it is very close to the city center, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. The facilities are very complete, the room is very clean, the bedding in the room is very soft, and the price is very moderate. It is cost-effective for this time The room is very high and relatively large. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and tell us where to eat and have fun. They also give us Russian candies after check-out. The management is very good. It is a first choice hotel for business trips and tourism.

This is definitely the best homestay in Xuexiang. I did some research before coming to Xuexiang, and I really didn't want to live in a kang. I booked a suite with my children. The environment is clean and the location is convenient. It is only a few hundred meters away from the shuttle bus. The owner is also responsible for picking up and dropping off luggage. He is very enthusiastic. There is also a free snow slide at the entrance of the hotel. Although it is a bit expensive in the peak season, it is worth it.

Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Toilet was squatting type. We slept on the ‘kang’ but room has warmer and humidifier. Basement room has urine smell especially at the corridor. Shower heater only can supply hot water for one person shower at a time. Second person need to wait for another 20-30min before another wave of hot water supply. Staff was very friendly and kind to us. We couldn’t make it for breakfast for the next day due to the excursion, but staffs provided us with boiled eggs and mantou on the go. The exterior view of the cottage was breathtaking, plus the snowing on the next day makes this place so magical. Recommend to those who wanna experience snowing.

Can feel all their positive vibes and energy. They even frozen an ice bucket for us. This is by far the best staying experience we had. My whole family really enjoyed ourselves. We visited Xuexiang once with a tour group 7 or 8 years ago, and revisited the place with our children and friends this year. We traveled independently this time, and were very careful in choosing accommodation. It turned out that the accommodation we chose in Xuexiang and Xuegu were very good. Xuexiang is also worth staying in, and its beauty cannot be replaced by other places. The hotel we chose in Xuexiang this time is an old hotel that has been open in Xuexiang for many years. Before the travel date, the housekeeper Liu Bo added us as a friend and asked if there was any help needed. When we arrived, he warmly helped us check in. The room was prepared with local specialties such as frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and snacks. The housekeeper Liu Bo asked carefully throughout the whole process if there was anything else he could help with, which made us feel the fiery enthusiasm of the Northeast people and the quality of professional service staff! The hotel has unified heating. Maybe we are from the south and are not used to the room temperature. At around 9 o'clock in the evening, I told the housekeeper Liu Bo that it was too hot. I didn't expect that the housekeeper would come to send us water and frozen fruits to cool us down after he had already gone off work. I was embarrassed. The friends who traveled with me on this trip to Northeast China have a very good impression of various places in Northeast China. Now both Harbin and Xuexiang are very popular. I believe it is also the result of the joint efforts of the local people. They should receive this overwhelming wealth. Everyone is very attentive! We will come again when we have time.
