Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !

Ice City's Finest Double Afternoon Tea: A great variety of food. Complimentary first-round minibar: Excellent. Late-night dining: So heartwarming. Coming back from the Harbin Ice and Snow World, it was freezing, but a bowl of wontons instantly warmed me up. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly attentive and always smiling. They even upgraded my room for free!

The room is spacious and has a bathtub. The front desk staff are enthusiastic, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it a great choice for getting around. Stepping through the revolving doors of Hotel Harbin No. 23, the biting cold wind of minus twenty degrees Celsius was completely shut out by the warm and inviting lobby. I especially want to thank the young lady at the front desk for her help during check-in; she proactively took my luggage, which was stiff from the cold, and bent down to neatly attach the tag. This greatly assisted our stay. Harbin's warmth isn't just in its heating.

The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in quickly. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete facilities. The soundproofing was good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. It's excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My friend and I stayed here, and from the moment our ride-share dropped us off, we were just saying ”wow, wow, wow!” It's an incredibly beautiful hotel, giving off a distinct Russian palace vibe. The attention to detail is remarkable, truly embodying the warmth and hospitality of Harbin. The location is super convenient, right next to Zhaolin Park. It's a breeze to get to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. We even walked to the Songhua River. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

Nangang Junyi Hotel deserves a perfect score! Downstairs, Laodingfeng and Zhangjia Congee Shop offer a plethora of local delicacies, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Upon check-in, we received a welcome fruit basket. The room was so clean it practically gleamed, and the Mousse mattress had just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The bathroom featured a smart heated toilet and branded toiletries. Little details like the humidifier and coffee capsules truly showed their attention to detail. The breakfast spread was massive, with freshly made wontons and grilled steak. They also offered a complimentary afternoon tea with proper coffee and delicious desserts. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively offered travel tips. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel is the top choice if you're visiting the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The location is absolutely perfect; no more enduring the pain of being exhausted after a full day of fun and still having to take a taxi back to the hotel. The hotel itself is really big, with a vintage decor and dim lighting. To be honest, walking around alone in the hotel felt a bit spooky 😨. Another thing is, because the hotel is so huge, and you're utterly drained after a day at Ice and Snow World, the next morning, dragging your tired, aching body across the carpet just to get breakfast feels like an impossible task. Plus, the restaurant is genuinely quite a trek from the guest rooms. It's utterly exhausting! 😩

Excellent! The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff were super nice. When we checked in, they proactively helped us with recommendations for local attractions, and they were always warm, thoughtful, and responsive. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Hotel location and facilities : excellent I praised one of the male staff who greeted me and arranged my check in on Jan 1st in the evening, he also helped me to bring our laundry to our room, very polite and helpful person . We also get 2 bags of welcome gifts I defiinetely will stay there again if I ever visited Harbin in the future

Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
