We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

I extended my stay at Lizzy, special thanks to王嘉偉who reminded me that I actually needed to change and extend my stay for another night as I didn't notice I got mixed up with my dates, his attention to details on customer's bookings is very much appreciated, 嘉偉，a job well done! Also loved the little farewell gift from the hotel, very thoughtful of them. I definitely would recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this hotel if they visit Harbin. 😊

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, housed in a stunning Russian-style building and furnished with such care and elegance. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The breakfast and afternoon tea spreads were impressive, with so many delicious options to enjoy. The location is also unbeatable, right between a busy shopping street and a lively breakfast street market, which made exploring super convenient. What touched me the most was the little extras from the staff. They prepared a lovely gift bag with sweets and confectionery, and another bag of cut fruits for us to take on the road when we checked out. These thoughtful gestures made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

The room is old, maybe it is the reason why I gave less stars. The room was too dry. Sleeping was not very good. But the room service was really good. I was a little unhappy because I was a passport reservation for a few minutes when I checked in. But the stay was very good. The requested things were also delivered quickly. The room attendant was very friendly and the girls always smiled. The ticket to the bath was okay, and the big sisters who took a bath were very good. There is a suggestion, I hope that the position of the trash can in the toilet will be changed, otherwise the paper will be dragged into the trash can when it is stretched, and the trash can must be removed every time. Health is generally OK. But I found a little old stain on the pillow I slept on, and I was not particularly comfortable. I am a stricter person for the hotel. So there may be more requirements.

I love this hotel as it looks new and modern after the refurbishment as well as the room is well equipment. The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and helpful for everything. The most important one is there is a cafe just inside the hotel itself which we can enjoy a cup of coffee whenever we want! Well, I will stay this hotel again when visiting China Snow Town next time.

Its prime location makes it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Ideal for travelers seeking affordability without compromising on cleanliness or accessibility. Would recommend for a short and pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..” Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

I changed several hotels in Harbin in a few days, and I like this one the most!! The room is big enough, and the Ice and Snow World is just across the road, which is so convenient. You know, after a tiring day, it’s so nice to have a hotel so close! They gave me souvenirs, which turned out to be earmuffs! Gloves! Warm baby!!! So thoughtful, it’s a lifesaver to bring them to the Ice and Snow World. You know, I didn’t bring gloves, but gloves are so important, my hands are really cold!! The interior of the hotel is also good, very atmospheric, I strongly recommend everyone to come here!!!
