Taking a hot spring bath while it's snowing, the atmosphere is great! Two free breakfasts, unlimited free hot spring bathing, and one night's accommodation are very cost-effective. The facilities are comprehensive, and there are swimming pools and fish spas. The outdoor hot spring is not too hot, just the right temperature.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can wear your ski equipment in the building. There are exclusive lockers for skiers with the same room number. You can see the ski field from the room, and the cable car is right outside the window. The scenery is super beautiful. There are many restaurants on the first floor, so eating is not a problem. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and help contact the car in and out of the hotel. The child bumped his leg while skiing, and the front desk brother enthusiastically found ice cubes for ice compress, which is great. The overall cost performance is definitely not inferior to the CLUBMED next door.

Since I chose Wuwuju, I have been looking forward to a two-day and one-night trip with my bestie. After booking, Xiaoyu specially set up a service team group for us, and gave us detailed answers and plans in the group. I was looking forward to it before the trip!
It took more than two hours to drive by myself. The surprise was that there was a colorful music highway when I entered Qingyun Town. When the car drove on it, there would be music. It was quite fun to encounter it for the first time, but I didn’t have time to record it.
When I arrived at Wuwuju, I felt the enthusiasm of Xiaoyu’s team. They took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and chilled our food and drinks. There was a kind of cordial and familiar feeling of gathering with friends.
Because my mother also wanted to travel with us, we temporarily changed the choice of room. Xiaoyu took care of the feelings of the elderly and upgraded us to a double-bathroom room for free. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were thoughtfully prepared with a high cotton pillow and a low buckwheat pillow. The bathroom prepared underwear cleaning liquid, lady bags, and even the toothbrushes were super easy to use with big-headed toothbrushes. The soft slippers were very comfortable. Every detail of the room was experienced by the owner's attentiveness and thoughtfulness. I must give it a thumbs up👍🏻
When we came back in the evening, we had barbecues and watched open-air movies in the yard. Xiaoyu also lit a bonfire for us, and let us pick the vegetables grown in the yard. After drinking a little iced wine, a comfortable life was realized.
After dinner, my bestie and I moved a chair to an open space to look up at the starry sky. The sky was full of stars right in front of us, and we were lucky enough to see a shooting star🌠
The breakfast on the second day was very delicate and tasted very good. The aunt made the dumplings by hand, and the coffee was also very nice. We originally planned to go to Haohanpo, but the scenery of the yard made us give up the trip. We took all kinds of photos with my bestie until we left reluctantly in the afternoon.
Thanks to all the staff of Wusiju, a group of lovely people who run a B&B with a story, allowing us to experience the life we long for. Next time, I will bring my friends here again, not for the scenery, but just to experience the slow life and meet you again!

First, my overall impression: what a delightful surprise! I initially came with low expectations, assuming hotels near tourist attractions wouldn't be exceptional. However, from the moment we were greeted, to the front desk, and the incredibly attentive staff we saw everywhere, I truly felt, 'This is what a five-star hotel should *really* be like!' A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm and attentive service. My baby absolutely loved the upgraded family room, which was thoughtfully equipped with their favorite toys, including a rocking horse and a small slide. The complimentary fruit was perfectly sweet, and the desserts were both exquisite and delicious. A special shout-out to the breakfast! They had hot noodle soup perfect for babies – the noodles were wonderfully springy, and the broth was delightfully light. My baby's 'clean plate club' moment was proof enough of the amazing culinary skills of the kitchen staff! Reflecting on our stay, I can truly say we felt completely at home. Thank you for every genuine greeting and warm smile. We'll definitely be choosing to stay here again on our next visit! 🥰

The Ritz-Carlton is essentially the go-to choice for hotels in Harbin. Not that it's perfect, but frankly, hotel options in Harbin are quite limited. The Shangri-La feels too old and dated, and I wasn't keen on staying across the Songhua River, as the Songbei area seems to lack the quintessential urban charm of Harbin. So, the Ritz-Carlton it was. To be honest, while both the Ritz and Shangri-La are situated by the Songhua River, the Ritz's surroundings genuinely lack proper dining options. The area felt quite desolate and lonely. The only truly comforting and enjoyable aspect of staying here was the vibrant cityscape bustling with traffic and illuminated by countless lights when viewed from a high floor at night. Gazing at the night view and chatting, a sense of contentment naturally arises. That's why I gave this hotel a full score.
Of course, I do have a few minor points of feedback, hoping the hotel can make some improvements. This is just my personal opinion and may not represent other guests.
1. The toothbrush bristles were excessively hard, to the point of being able to pierce one's gums.
2. Toothbrushes should ideally be color-coded. When two people stay, having identical toothbrushes makes it very inconvenient to distinguish them. Providing 'his and hers' sets with different colors is standard practice for hotels, yet the Ritz-Carlton surprisingly missed this basic detail.
3. The cotton swab sticks were too flimsy. When trying to clean my ears after a shower to remove water, the stick bent with just a light touch. Even the cheapest cotton swabs shouldn't use such a fragile material.
4. The shampoo was extremely unpleasant to use. This is subjective and not a major issue.
5. A crucial area for improvement is the service. The front desk staff seemed to lack a genuine customer-centric mindset or perhaps management has not empowered them sufficiently. Despite their smiling faces, they often delivered rather insensitive remarks. Moreover, breakfast staff frequently cleared plates at extremely inappropriate times, completely disregarding whether guests were still eating or in the middle of a conversation.
6. Non-guests were roaming freely, playing music loudly on their phones, and children were opening paid snacks from the mini-fridge and eating them endlessly, all without any staff intervention. Meanwhile, actual hotel guests did not receive the attentive and comprehensive service they deserved.
7. For the breakfast wontons, perhaps use a little less filling. Even the staff cooking them felt the current filling was difficult to cook through. With so many guests waiting, it's naturally hard to cook wontons that contain something like a meatball inside. Additionally, the chef really needs to improve the wonton filling, making it juicier and more tender. A tough, dense filling is neither easy to cook nor pleasant to eat. If the chef prepares a tender, flavorful filling, and the wonton-wrapping staff use just a bit less, the wontons would be both easy to cook and delicious.
This hotel was the one I finally chose after careful consideration. Planning my trip to Yichun took nearly a month, and I struggled to choose a hotel in the city. I was always trying to find the perfect balance between price, amenities, location, and quality. Brand-name chain hotels were either too small or overpriced during peak season. After a comprehensive comparison, I finally chose this one.
Facilities: It's quite complete, with all the amenities you'd expect from a star-rated hotel. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, the room is quite large, and the bed is soft and comfortable. However, there was no mini-fridge.
Cleanliness: The cleaning standards were acceptable. There was no dust or hair on the marble floor, and no visible dirt on the carpet.
Environment: The location is convenient, just two or three stops from the train station. I personally reviewed it, and the bus ride from there takes less than 10 minutes. The downside was that my room had no view from the window. Although it was advertised as a mountain view, the window overlooked a terrace, so you had to draw the curtains.
Service: The front desk staff was friendly and gentle. The hotel includes breakfast, and while it's not as fancy as some high-end hotels, the menu is quite comprehensive, including staples, porridge, side dishes, stir-fries, drinks, and more. Dishes are served on standard stainless steel plates, not the small plates you'd find in a typical hotel (which often require repeated servings). One plate is enough, so while it might not look fancy, it's quite practical. There's free parking at the hotel entrance, but it's unattended, so a little more service would be appreciated.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. Its European-style decor, which a staff member informed me was French-inspired, gave it a truly grand and opulent feel. We were welcomed with complimentary fruit and afternoon tea. Breakfast was lavish, offering both Chinese and Western options, including freshly roasted sausages and, surprisingly, a whole leg of lamb! Just 50 meters to the right upon exiting, you'll find yourself in the prime area of Central Street, surrounded by countless restaurants offering a vast selection of Chinese and Western cuisine. For lunch, we sampled Madieer Western Restaurant. St. Sophia Cathedral and the Songhua River banks are also conveniently just over a 10-minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile. They even gave us candies as a thoughtful farewell gift. Highly recommended!

This is the oldest building I've ever stayed in. Its 1903 elevator is one of only two operational century-old elevators in China, the other being at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund in Shanghai. I initially thought I wouldn't like this style, but beyond the lobby's dazzling, opulent gold leaf decor, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable with their low-saturation palette of grey-green, brown, and gold. The velvet wallpaper, with its shifting shades depending on the light, demonstrated excellent taste. The service was excellent; we received welcome drinks upon arrival and welcome fruit in the room. Staff members also shared insights into the hotel's history and the lobby's decor. The location is prime, right next to Central Street and Central Mall. Yet, being on Dongfeng Road, which intersects Central Street, it remains relatively quiet. If I had to nitpick, it would be that, due to it being a century-old building with plumbing limitations, hot water takes a few minutes to come through. Additionally, the TV wasn't working, but it didn't bother me, so I didn't ask staff for assistance.

EEe MingWe had a very good experience staying in Yabu Loni Hotel at Yabuli. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm reception we receive from our hotel guide 初长月. She assisted us to check into our hotel room early which allow us to settle in quickly. Arranging for ski lessons and equipment was also a breeze with her help. Her enthusiasm, energy and smile is something that makes our stay so much fun and enjoyable. And she is always just a call away.
As for the hotel room, it is a little dated but nevertheless still very clean and nice. I would certainly hope that they can improve on the breakfast, the range is pretty limited.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and it is just right besides the cable car that bring you to the top of the ski resort. It is also right next to Club Med.
IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

GGuest UserPros
1). Chosen this hotel because of its location which is very good. It is only few steps away from Central Street.
2). The staff (all the ladies) from the breakfast restaurant were super nice and friendly. The house keeping ladies were kind and helpful as well. Kudos to every one of them!
Cons
1). No one speaks English at the front desk.
**2). Horrible horrible front desk customer service! I am a frequently traveller and I have never experienced such a poor customer service, the hotel really needs to give better training to the people at the front desk (those who work during the day shift), especially the lady in short hair with a very arrogant and bad attitude. I was politely asking one of the ladies behind the counter about the directions to a shop, she was not sure, and she asked her colleague (which was the short hair lady) to assist me. To my surprise, this unfriendly short hair lady just rolled her eyes to her colleague and rudely told me to check for ”navigation” myself (I think that was what she meant, as my Mandarin is not that good). Later she impatiently just brushed off the other questions that I tried to ask her, and before I even finished my sentence, she just abruptly turned around and walked away!!! HOW RUDE !!! I think I was not even given a respect as a human being!!! I was so stunned and speechless!!! Her colleague standing next to her witness what happened but did not say anything or offered to help! Let me tell you what other hotels will do when guests ask for directions- they would kindly check online and provide the directions, or they would even print out the directions for guests (all with a SMILE!). The lady in short hair, you are working in a hotel which is a service industry!!! I will not stay or recommend this hotel based upon this unpleasant experience.
P.S. I stayed in the Mercure Harbin Sophia Church after and had a great experience. All the ladies at the front desk always greet guests with a smile, always friendly and willing to help. I am not sure if this is because Mecure is an international brand which the training for customer service is different from local brands?

My only complaint was that I ordered room service. I ordered steak and soup but there was no dinner plate included. It was difficult to cut the steak in the tiny sizzling plate it was served on. I appreciate the male staff who brought my order to my room.

KKrystenelleI must commend the owner of this hotel for her warmth and friendliness. The property has recently undergone renovations, and the sincerity of both the owner and the staff is palpable. During our stay, we enjoyed the exceptional food; we ordered lunch on both Day 1 (when we arrived) and Day 2 (before we leave) and regretted not trying dinner as well. In my opinion, the meals surpassed those offered at the restaurant we visited at Xueyunjie.
As a first-time traveler to Harbin, Snow Town, accompanied by my family, which includes three children and my mother-in-law, I greatly appreciated the assistance provided by the hotel owner. She was prompt in her responses and guided me with clear directions to reach the hotel. Furthermore, she arranged for her husband to meet us at the shuttle bus drop-off area to help with our luggage.
I am truly grateful for her support and am impressed by her patience. Her staff members were equally friendly and down-to-earth.
The hotel’s setup resembles that of a high-end homestay, featuring newly renovated interiors. The room we booked, while not large, was adequate for our needs. The kang bed comfortably accommodated two adults and two children, while the queen-size bed on the opposite side was suitable for two adults.
Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The choice of floor tiles over carpeting was a wise decision, as it facilitates easier cleaning.
One area for potential improvement is the condensation near the window, which can sometimes cause the bay window to become slightly damp, making it unsuitable for placing belongings. However, this did not significantly detract from our experience.
In summary, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality provided by Yundingjiudian. If asked whether I would stay again, my answer would be an unequivocal yes!
GGudeliefuI rarely leave reviews, but Junyi compelled me to make an exception and write a glowing one. It was an incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating stay. After browsing many hotels, I ultimately chose Junyi, and I was met with pleasant surprises from the moment I checked in until I checked out.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was efficient and considerate, and they even proactively offered information on local attractions and routes. The attention to detail was absolutely impeccable.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and luxurious against the skin – I instantly felt my travel fatigue melt away upon lying down. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were thoughtfully designed. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of hot dishes, pastries, and beverages. The food tasted authentic and delicious, and starting the day feeling completely satisfied and energized made me ready for my activities.
Upon checking out, the staff warmly bade me farewell, making me feel as if I was saying goodbye to dear friends. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose Junyi Hotel again!

GGuest UserFascinatingly designed boutique hotel with literally international 4-Star standard amenities. Could see how much details was put into the design of each room and each guest hall.
In the room, The smart toilet was a must have for me. The shampoo was what you will get in 4-star hotels. The bedsheets were crisply ironed and clean. The mattress were the supportive type. The pillows were superb too. They even have humidifier in the room.
The reception contacted us a week before the trip, that’s really assuring to me as a foreigner without a local phone number. So I managed to get a lot of info established before hand. Really great! Because I like to be informed in advance. Response via WeChat was super prompt and organized throughout our stay. The reception team works closely with the drivers and attractions to personalize your experience for you. I felt that the touring arrangements were really seamless.
In their guest hall, guests can access the smart washing machine, microwave, hot water, drinking water, tea etc.
WiFi was not stable.
The breakfast was delicious and healthy with more variety than expected. The hotel was humbly saying that they only offer “millet porridge and salted duck egg” but no no no, they actually offered a mini buffet of 10 different dishes with freshly made soy milk.
Overall the stay was way beyond expectation for me.
Highly recommended for international tourists.
YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for.
The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

GGuest UserTake the scenic area shuttle bus directly to the parking lot in the scenic area and get off. The boss will pick you up and help you with your luggage in the parking lot. He is very enthusiastic [grin] and very warm. After checking in, the shower water is great [strong]. There is a disco square outside the window. It is very exciting to experience the scene of thousands of people discoing in the room wearing a T-shirt. [proud] It is very close to the plank road. The plank road is on the right side of the hotel. The hotel also has authentic Northeastern cuisine, iron pot stew, which is very affordable and delicious. The main thing is that the ingredients are fresh, and the breakfast is also delicious [color] There is also a band performance and I like it here. Recommended [strong] You must come to the big shopkeeper when you come to Xuexiang. It is a store worth recommending. The service is enthusiastic and it is a very warm store.
