This was an incredible hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights during the Ice Festival with 3 kids. We had the family themed room and our kids loved the kids room. It’s basically a kids themed room that’s conjoined with a regular king sized room with an adjoining door between the rooms. It’s perfect for young kids. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous. The service is top notch. The bellman/porter staff at the front are some of the best I’ve ever had in Chinese hotels. Many staff including Max went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. The breakfast had so much variety and was very luxurious. The service here was great as well and our waitress Air did a great job helping our kids. The location is really convenient being right across the street from a Line 3 Metro Station and across the street from where you can take the cable car across the river to Sun Island. It was a short walk to Central Avenue. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could be better would be if it had a pool since our kids love pools. Thanks for a wonderful stay and service!

One hundred praises wouldn't be enough for the Junyi Courtyard Scenery Hotel! During my four-night stay in Harbin, the service at this hotel wasn't just 'good'—it was 'like family.' Every staff member, from those at the entrance and front desk to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping, greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. We had an early morning flight and needed to leave the hotel around 7 AM, but the hotel restaurant's normal breakfast service starts at 7:30 AM. We had already resigned ourselves to going to the airport on an empty stomach. The night before, when we asked the front desk, a female staff member said she would try to arrange something. The next morning, a tall male staff member gently knocked on our door, informing us that three bowls of beef noodles were ready downstairs and asking if we needed help with our luggage. This truly made us feel what 'customer-centric' service means. The continuous, all-day dining care, beyond this special breakfast, also left us extremely satisfied. The rich breakfast allowed us to start our day feeling energized. Even better, the complimentary afternoon tea (milk tea, snacks, desserts, fruits) from 11 AM to 7 PM meant that every time we returned from the freezing cold, we could immediately get warm and refuel. After 9 PM, there was also a late-night snack service (like wontons). When my family member fell ill, a female and male staff member very thoughtfully brought some up to our room—it was incredibly heartwarming. The hotel also has a complimentary self-service laundry room, complete with detergent, which was already a big plus. But what made it even better was when the cleaning auntie saw us carrying a pile of laundry. She immediately and enthusiastically offered, ”Give it to me, no problem, I'll help you wash and dry it!” We returned that evening to find our clothes neatly placed in our room. This proactive attitude, genuinely wanting to help guests solve their problems, made us feel as if we were being cared for at home. During the Christmas season, the hotel also prepared lovely little Christmas gifts for children, making the holiday cheer absolutely full. For families traveling with kids, this hotel is sincerely recommended!

The facilities here are top-notch; they have everything you could possibly need, and the cleanliness is impeccable, not a spot missed. The mattress was incredibly soft, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk service was also excellent, I'm very satisfied. The hotel is conveniently located near St. Sophia Cathedral and Red Brick Street, both just a ten-minute walk away.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, quite new, and of good quality. The showerhead was a bit fancy; I didn't quite figure it out at first, but then I realized it was actually quite convenient. Hygiene: It was very clean; I didn't find any stains or anything. Environment: Conveniently located. A short walk downstairs brings you to Central Street at the intersection, close to the Flood Control Monument. The intersection is also where the Pegasus lanterns are hung. It's on a street accessible to vehicles, so it's easy to get a taxi right to the entrance. It's also close to Harbin Station, just a quick taxi ride away. Service: The service was very warm and enthusiastic. They offered to help plan itineraries, and the front desk staff had that friendly, chatty Northeastern characteristic. They were very helpful in answering all sorts of questions about morning markets, frozen pears, and more. I even got a room upgrade when my flight arrived late at night, which felt very lucky.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful; the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The service is also excellent, and the breakfast especially deserves high praise. It was incredibly delicious, with a wide variety of dishes and great flavors. The hot dishes, in particular, were superior to many five-star hotels. I was even surprised to find roasted lamb leg and abalone at breakfast, and the sausages were also tasty. The hotel bed was exceptionally comfortable, from the pillows to the mattress. Out of my nine-day trip to Northeast China, this was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The location is perfect; you step right out onto Central Street, and within 200 meters, there are countless highly-rated restaurants. The only minor downsides are that the elevator is a bit slow, possibly due to it being an older building conversion, and the room was a bit small. However, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a larger room. All in all, it's highly recommended. Upon leaving, they even provided a lovely souvenir gift bag with good quality candies and wafers, as shown in the picture below.

Nice hotel with a broad range of food for breakfast with not only chinese breakfast type but also toast, butter and jam). Nice service and follow-up as well. All the seats in their shuttle from the airport were booked so they offered to pay me back the taxi fees (please note that there is a maximum amount). And when you check-in they will provide a welcome pack with every practical things needed to resist the cold weather in Harbin.

When I travel, I usually prefer staying in newly opened hotels because they tend to be cleaner. I stumbled upon this one and it seemed pretty good. **Environment**: The decor style is quite nice. **Hygiene**: It's very clean. **Service**: The staff member (a young man) helped with transfers and carrying luggage, and even gave me a hot water bottle. That was really nice.

Fantastic 3 nights stay at Manxin Hotel. The Hotel is located right on the square with Saint Sophia Church. It's a great feeling to walk pass such a beautiful landmark everytime we leave or return to the the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and impeccably clean. A short stroll brings you to the Zhong Yang Da Jie Pedestrian street. Across the square is the Dali Market where you can find all kinds of local food at a great price.

Service: This aspect deserves all the stars it can get; I'm incredibly satisfied. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and patient. They even gave us a cake when they heard it was our anniversary. The welcome fruit… I've never seen such a generous welcome fruit platter, it was like a still-life painting… The service truly felt like a warm winter sunbeam during our journey. Oh, and I didn't have time for the complimentary afternoon tea, but they arranged for me to have it after check-out… The free travel photography service was also quite good. Cleanliness: Normal, nothing to complain about. Environment and Facilities: I'll discuss these two together. I gave 5 points, fully considering that this is a century-old building, so the hardware is indeed limited… The soundproofing… well, I could vaguely hear some disagreements between what sounded like a mother and daughter next door… but it wasn't persistent and didn't affect our sleep, so I'll let that slide. The heating was definitely not cold, but there was a slight difference compared to what I understand as standard indoor heating in Harbin… However, I also know there's not much you can do, as we came specifically for this century of history… If I have time, I'd love to visit again in the summer; the climbing vines in the backyard should look beautiful.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee. One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

MM13780****Clean, and the front desk service was excellent; Dora was very helpful and enthusiastic! The room facilities and details were well thought out, with a medium-firm Mousse mattress and two types of pillows! It's a shame I didn't take any photos of the room. The people of Harbin are very warm, and I'll definitely be back. A special mention to the touching subway advertisements advocating for stray animals.

MMarcusshanghaiAn absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations, so I want to seriously write down my experience. Even before we arrived in Snow Town, the owner and concierge were constantly updating us on the weather in the scenic area, reminding us to dress warmly, especially the children. We arrived in Snow Town around 6 PM, and the concierge was already waiting for us in the snow and wind, helping us with our luggage. We didn't have to lift a finger ourselves. I had worried after seeing online that tourists often dragged their own suitcases to hotels, but now I realize that worry was completely unnecessary. The hotel's location is super convenient, only about 100 meters from the big stone monument. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner thoughtfully gave us frozen pears and even offered us extra blankets, concerned we might not have enough. They constantly and thoughtfully told us to contact them anytime if we needed anything, truly making us feel the warmth and hospitality of Northeasterners. The breakfast corn, fried dough sticks, and red date cakes were especially popular with the kids. They also have a coffee bar, and both the cakes and coffee were excellent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and was genuinely warm, so we didn't need to wear thick pajamas. If you're too lazy to go out, you can eat at the hotel; the taste, portion sizes, and prices are all great. The kids loved staying here so much they didn't want to leave, saying it was very comfortable 😄 If I have the chance to visit Snow Town again, YunDingXue will definitely be my first choice. The service alone is enough to make you want to return.

MMichael_hrbThe hotel has breathtaking views from the room, fitness center and breakfast restaurant. The fitness and swimming pool area are excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. However, I was still a little bit disappointed. The hotel is definitely overpriced and not worth it's value. I came there to celebrate my birthday and clearly stated it in the form that they had sent to me on my email. Usually, the hotels of this level leave a birthday gift of some kind, something like a cake or else. But I didn't get anything, not even a complimentary platter of fruit in the room. I just feel a little bit confused, I think hotels of such level should take such things into consideration. P.S. I want to give special thanks to a swimming pool member Ray Wu, he was very kind and helpful.

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments. There were many highlights that deserve praise: 1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail. 2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean. 3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children. However, the first day was quite a 'headache': Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again... In summary: The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

11395788****I highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!
