The check-in process was really difficult. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM. The self check-in machine couldn’t find our booking. We called for help and talked on the phone for a long time, but still couldn’t check in. Luckily (and unluckily), some other guests arrived and had the same problem. Because there were more of us, finally a male staff member agreed to come and check the machine.
This staff member kept saying it was our fault – that we entered our name wrong, or that we mixed up the first name and last name. He insisted the machine had worked fine for six months and couldn’t be broken. We tried different combinations of our names many times, but nothing worked. He tried too – and when it still didn’t work, he finally admitted the machine was the problem. Around 11:30 PM, we finally entered the rooms.
The next day, after we explained everything, the very friendly and polite ladies at the front desk kindly gave us a 10% discount. Most things about the hotel were great, and the front desk ladies were super helpful. We fully understand that technical problems happen sometimes, and waiting 2.5 hours to check in was also okay for us. We doNOT blame anyone or anything for that. But what we couldn’t understand was how the staff member insisted it was our fault and how he did NOT believe anything we said, and his attitude was a bit rude when we tried to explain that it wasn’t our fault.
Upon checking in on the 6th, I was impressed by the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Given the forecast for Interlaken showing continuous rain for the next few days, I decided to cancel my Interlaken hotel booking and immediately extended my stay here for two additional nights (the 7th and 8th) via Ctrip. Very satisfied!
Swizerland is one of the few destinations in Europe that one would love to travel agian and agian. And this one could be the best one of the whole Europe, if you don’t take Ritz or Regis for a comparison.
设施:Inner style Same as a typical European middle class latest 5 years villa or house. Never ever choose those which have more 100 years ages apartment like Paris center or Vince Center’s Villa and which cost more than 1500Euro/night. Every chinese turioust please keep in mind a typical London workers get paid 2000pounds/Month
服务:As a guest you just pay 15french for a healthy buffet reasonable dinner.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. The hotel is opposite the lake! Be sure to book a room with a balcony and lake view! You won't want to leave after staying here
First time stay in this new concept capsule hotel with family of four.
Surprising good service and amenities exceeded my expectations
Toilet and shower room are small but clean. Only minor things is need to pay CHF5 for extra towels, so we only use one tower for our three nights stay
Location excellent and easy access by bus
Coop nearby & public place to prepare our dinner
Cold Sparkling water was a real plus for my family 😂
The locker outside the room is big but you may accidentally locked yourself & not able to open , may be tricky if this happened after office hours😬
Don't expect a hotel where you can sleep. The place is very small, and the hot air conditioning is emitted through the heat pipe. I don't think it is warm enough, so I can only make do with it. The breakfast is very Western style, but there are hot omelets, which is OK. I guess I won't choose it next time.
The location is very remote, it is recommended to drive by car, the scenery is very good, the hotel’s swimming pool is also very nice, suitable for taking pictures but do not allow mobile phones to go in, I don’t know if no one can secretly take pictures when the door is opened in the morning hahaha, the hotel has nothing to eat , It’s best to bring something up from the mountain. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel to buy food. There is also a ski resort behind the hotel. The lift tickets do not need to be purchased in advance. When buying tickets on the spot, remember to tell them that you are going to stay in the store. discount
The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake.
Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent.
For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!!
Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you.

JJinjideKxianshengRadisson Blu Hotel Lucerne is about 6 minutes' walk from Lucerne Train Station, which is very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is very quiet.
The room hygiene is really good.
Tip: Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. Chinese tourists will bring their own when they come to Europe.
The breakfast is quite satisfactory. There are many guests from tour groups in this hotel. It is better to eat breakfast early. Hahaha.

HH JainThe room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine.
It’s a nice property but a few niggles as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Cascada Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center.
The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me an adaptor for my phone charger when I needed one. The amenities were also impressive, with complimentary use of the hotel minibar, including tea, water, coke, iced tea, and more—something most hotels do not offer.
The hotel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. There's also an on-site restaurant known for its Spanish menu, which is definitely worth a visit.
My room was kept clean every day, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the Cascada Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location.
GGuest UserRom and bathroom were smaller than expectation but cosy with comfortable and clean ambiance. Staff are exceptionally friendly can welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with reasonable price. Great location to public transport and supermarket.
However, they should waive charges for early storage of luggage for in-house guests. They charged me Euro3.00 per piece of luggage!
CChiaoI booked a deluxe suite with an open kitchen including electrical stove, small refrigerator, dishwasher which were the reason I booked it. We cooked every dinner during our 5 nights stay. The living is very spacious in comparison to the suite I booked in Zermatt and Grindelwald. My suite is in top floor had a decent bedroom, living roon, kitchen and bathroom. The is new renovated and in modern plus simple design. I loved it and highly recommend to the family want to cook. The breakfast was good but not many choices and changes. This hotel doesn't have any pool or gym. However, it just 2 minutes walking from Luzern train station and bus stops. Coops and shopping malls are nearby. Everything is convenient there. City walk to the landmarks and pier for Luzern lake cruise are all walking distance. The only downside is the noise from the roof top's bar during midnight. But I didn't complain as I were too tired after a long day outing.
JJazz998The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Lucerne train station. The interior environment is clean, bright and tidy, and there are many guests, which proves that the hotel has a good reputation. As a tourist, I am generally satisfied with my stay!
KKCcccccccccCentrally located in a quiet street in the city centre near the main train station ; stylish renovation of the hotel and functional kitchenette in the room I stayed (can you imagine there is a dish washer in the room ?😂and every day the housekeeper used it for our dirty dishes); laundry room on the first room and cozy cafe on the ground floor; reasonable price considering a Swiss standard; overall, excellent (input the confirmation number from trip.com and your name when you need to do the self check in at the entrance indoors; the door is closed and looks locked but actually you can open it 😂) ; will book it again when coming here in Luzern again ) 👍
