Hotels With Bar in Santa Catarina, Brazil

Atendente completamente perdida no check in. No check out tentaram nos cobrar consumo no restaurante, sendo que nem sequer entramos no restaurante. No café da manhã anotaram um café a mais, sendo que estávamos apenas 01 casal. Porta do box não fechava, estando desalinhada e ao tomar banho molhava fora do box.

Excellent service. Old facilities but in reforms. MTO good breakfast, only very ripe fruits, already with the taste of past point.

The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.

It's a business hotel, nothing out of extraordinary, everything in the room works and it's well maintained. Price due exhibition was way too high for the hotel/room offer, but no choice of hotels for the period.

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

⸻ A hotel with a sense of history, compact and clean. The staff’s service was excellent as well, but since it seems to be a popular property, I had to wait a little at check-in, which was a bit of a concern. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

The hotel room here is clean and tidy, the waiter is more enthusiastic, the surrounding environment is OK, the traffic is more convenient, business trips and free travel are good choices, it is recommended

O atendimento no café da manhã, o encerramento é as 10:00 e quando cheguei as 9:20 com um frio de 10° lá fora, as panelas estavam todas desligadas com as comidas frias. Vi uma das moças questionar a outra se ela não tinha desligado muito cedo, eu reclamei dizendo que ia relatar na avaliação o ocorrido ai a outra veio e acendeu tudo novamente. Más já estava tudo frio, gostoso más frio.

Bem bonito o hotel, perto de várias atrações, quartos limpos e organizados.
