We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nacional in Rio. The location is unbeatable — right on São Conrado beach with incredible views and great beach service. While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff. As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

It has an easily accessible location, on a quiet street. The breakfast has positive points but needs to improve in some amenities such as better pillows, better quality of Wi-Fi and cable TV.

A pousada não é ruim,mas deixou a desejar no café da manhã principalmente, poucas opções e quantidade pois sempre estava faltando o café, aí qdo vinha o café faltava o leite,,pão não era fresco.A piscina toda descascada as fotos são bonitas mas a realidade é outra.

The hotel has 4 vacations for electric cars and a great restaurant.

I went with my boyfriend (now my fiancé hahah) to celebrate our date anniversary, we were welcome, very good morning coffee, and they still gave us the opcay to leave the bags at the reception after check out to be able to lunch before returning to the airport, super recommended!

Great location and beautiful grounds. Service good overall. A few services issues at times - slow response times or having to ask for request more than once. Overall stay was a good experience though.

The hotel view is absolutely stunning, and the location is great. However, the room was small, and the facilities were quite old. The public restroom in the lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell. There were people smoking on the way to the hotel, which was a bit off-putting. For breakfast, the cups provided looked like they had been used by others, so I'd recommend bringing your own sanitizing wipes. There was no drinking water provided in the room, and even when I asked for it, they wouldn't give me any, which was really strange. The staff, including the front desk and lobby concierge, weren't very polite.

Bom Dia! The reception of the Cayo and Jonatas is excellent! BY THE OTHER FIRST OFFENSES! We suggested tomorrow's coffee time, because it was late at 8:00 p.m., we said that the ideal would be at least the beginning at 7:00 p.m. The towels at the arrival ( only one, I had to pick another and had no face, they gave a bath in the place ) regular, main palm in the exchange, placed a few well-destroyed towels, no bathing tape, We had to walk on the ground with wet feet. A dress!

The hotel was very well located and breakfast was good.The restaurant was very good.The hotel needs detection because the room had many forms.The bathroom was vacuumed in the box and was awaiting look.

O hotel é bem localizado. Próximo aos principais restaurantes , contudo em um trecho da praia tranquilo e sem tumulto. É possível caminhar tranquilamente pela orla e fazer exercícios. O café da manhã é bom, sistema continental com comida brasileira. O estacionamento é bom e fácil de acessar. O terraço é bom e a piscina limpa
