這是一間無人自助式的民宿，內設有廚房，榻榻米，投影儀，洗衣機等設施非常完備。距離JR早川大概步行5分鐘，周圍是個漁港非常乾淨，我在這裏住了2天，很舒服，價格也很公道。如果你想自己做點吃的的話，或者一家人出行的話，這裡是很不錯的選擇。去箱根也很方便。總之，能看出來是個很用心的民宿，在攜程的評論很少，但是我必須推薦這裏，希望讓中國遊客都看到。

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station. Check in instructions was easy. The rooms were big and comfortable. Kitchen was a useful size, only thing is the ports and pans were slightly dirty.

There are 3 improvements in hygiene: 1) The lamps in the restaurant are very dusty 2) There is dust in the microwave 3) The fabric sofa has stains and the frequency of deep cleaning should be increased after washing. In addition, it would be more perfect if a Bluetooth speaker could be provided.

The location of this apartment is very close to enoshima island and the beaches which is a plus. There is a 7 eleven nearby. The unpleasant part is I had issues finding parking initially. The ”road” that leads to the apartment building is also used by pedestrians so you have to drive very carefully and slow. There is no free parking. The nearest parking cost 2600 yen a day. The bath towels provided are very small. There is no tap to fill up the bathtub so you have to use the shower head which is rather strange.
