The Prio is very close to the airport and was so nice to have an accommodating stay after a late flight. Very specious, a nice gym, friendly staff and was able to leave suitcases there while we visited nearby area

The room size was perfect for our family. The staff were helpful n hospitality. Amenities were more than sufficient (I loved that), there were bedroom , kitchen and living room separately…felt like at home. Everything were clean . I will definitely stay here for my next trip. What a hidden gem tucked in behind the Central Airport Plaza (they actually have a door at the back of the building leading directly to the Central parking lot). This convenience alone made it worthwhile. But, on top of that there is the 17.5-meter-long swimming pool, a gym, and a business center downstairs. The apartment is also a treat, with huge smart TV s in the living and bedroom, a proper shower, and a tub, with a separate toilet. Not to forget the fully equipped kitchen, which has everything we needed to cook own meals, but who needed that with two food courts available just a 3-minute walk to the mall. Service was a pleasure, with management and housekeeping always making sure we had everything could possibly need. We love it so much here; we have decided to stay for another two months. Tip: Choose a room facing the mountain/airport - it's quieter than the street side. The airport is quieter than one would imagine, as you only hear them when they give a short burst of thrust when they take off.

Good room rates, close to CMU but in need of a remodeling....NOW Stayed in September....air-con ok, frig in room....off road parking ok but limited. Recently installed lift but need to complete work. Website pictures NOT accurate and needs updated.

Choose to stay in Superior room because it has a bathtub. You can soak in the water to relax. The room is decorated in white, spacious, the rooms are new and very clean. There is a parking lot for both motorcycles and cars below. And sky train service Delivered in front of Soi Nimman In the lobby there is sweet water to eat. Below is a place to sit and play. There is a coin pool to play. Overall impressed If there is a chance to come back and stay again for sure

Another awesome stay at Minicost apartment and guesthouse. Centrally located near Tha Pae gate and in a quiet soi this place is brilliant. We have stayed here on every visit to Chiang Mai since 2014 and have really enjoyed our times staying there. Larger rooms that are awesome if staying for longer stays along with staff that are so friendly and really make you feel welcome. You can be guaranteed we’ll be staying again on our next visit.

This is the hottest new condo that’s been built in Chiang Mai. They literally have the tagline, “Gem of the North”, which is pretty funny but makes sense given the lack of development of High rises in the area. The condo itself is beautiful with very tight security, so rest assured, your belongings and privacy are tightly guarded. The neighbors are very affluent and there are several European and American ex-pays who live here. There are floor to ceiling windows in each room. The service provided by the property manager was excellent and we will stay here again in the future.

The hotel facilities are very good, and the subsequent maintenance is also very good. Individual updates have been made, which are very easy to use, convenient and efficient for guests. All the hotel staff are very friendly, and the restaurants, guest rooms, and swimming pools all performed well. The front desk needs special praise for upgrading my room type and responding positively and effectively to all my requests. I give them a thumbs up 👍. There are not many types of breakfast in the hotel, but the quality is acceptable and there is no problem in supplementing nutrition. The gym and swimming pool facilities are good and functioning properly. Public areas, including outdoor areas and bathrooms, are cleaned in a timely manner and kept clean and tidy. The hotel's location is about a 20-minute walk from the ancient city. There are laundries and massage parlors at the door, as well as 7/11 and roadside snack bars. The parking lot is large and there is even a car wash, which is very suitable for guests who drive themselves or rent a car, but given that the distance to the attractions is more than 2 kilometers. Moreover, GRAB taxis cost more than 100 baht, which may not be very friendly to backpackers. The room is exactly like in the picture the owner advertised. Much more than expected. The room is spacious, clean, very cheap and all equipment is complete. Very convenient. The water flows as much as we want. Plus the hot water is very hot *** but when booking, I said it was a mountain view. But in fact, I can't see the mountain view at all. It's just a small tree on the side of the road and other buildings. And the road in the alley + with the mansion building outside is very scary I didn't dare to walk at night. Because the inside of the building is very dark and looks old, no one cares below as well That is, the inside of the room and the condition of the building are completely different. But the room I stayed in was very impressive.

I stayed at the Sakorn Hotel for 1 week on my first trip to Thailand in 6 years. Located on the tiny street 5 min walk from the pedestrian bridge over Ping river and 20 min walk from the old town, it's not in the middle of everything but is perfect for a remote worker like myself who requires peace and quiet during the day and good sleep at night. The room itself was pleasantly spacious decorated in the classic Thai style with a balcony. Internet was fast, about 200 Mbps. Breakfast was great with 5 choices so there was enough variety. Overall I had a great stay at the Sakorn Hotel, it is awesome value for the money. The only small complaint I have is that hot water in the shower was not really hot, it was either somewhat warm or somewhat cool.
