The service, calmness & cleanliness were great! Check in was quick. We had a nice stay 👍 I recommend this hotel for anyone who’s looking to have some quite time alone or with family & friends. Just the construction work outside of the hotel made it difficult to find the entrance.

Stayed during my business trip. Good as location, very spacious and clean rooms. Check-in is very fast. Bed is very comfortable. Type of a hotel apart with elegant kitchen design. Window is full height across the room facing the street which make it really nice.

The location is fantastic, the service is excellent, the hygiene is fantastic, and the most remarkable thing about the wonderful staff is that you feel at home and welcome you all the time. I asked for a room change, and indeed, brother Ahmed and brother Omar were brought in all the distinguished, and the rest I didn't know their names, thank you for them, the room is beautiful, bedside, TV channels are counted, the balcony is very large, beautiful, and that's my love secret to the Sweet Primeum kitchen is complete, all its full tools. Coffee and tea are free, I'll go back to my house with a bascot, so God will soon. Also, the swimming pool is excellent, the restaurant for breakfast is diverse and delicious.

1. The hotel location is excellent and is close to most sites and easily accessible. 2. The wing is wide and beautiful, but the water cycle is a little narrow, 3. The situations are a little narrow, 4. The reception staff is excellent, 5. The breakfast needs diversification.

Value for 💰 best for business travelers, location is very ideal. Overall good experience although few improvement points for housekeeping- cleanliness of room and bathroom needed high attention. Otherwise good 👍🏽 key points already shared with other review

This hotel has been recently (Dec. 2023) added to the 'Hilton Hotel-family', probably to have more Hilton hotels in Jeddah. It is an old(er) hotel that definitely needs an upgrade; the carpets in the hallways are dirty, the bathroom-furniture is outdated and old-fashioned. But the rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is not superb, allthough connected to the AlAndalus-mall and close to the more modern AlSalaam mall, located at the other side of the road. But if you want to be closer to the Corniche (coast), it's about 20-25min. away. The staff was very helpful and kind. Just accross the road is the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib-hospital; since they are working on the exteriors of the hospital, (Uber/Bolt-)taxi-drivers may have difficulty finding the entrance of the hotel.

Close to the airport, good conditions, large space and good value for money. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle, and there are discrepancies with the introduction. The service staff does not speak English, and communication is difficult.

A great address in an absolutely advantageous location. Family-friendly and Islamically correct atmosphere. Absolutely top-equipped rooms. Motivated staff, great service. Hotel pool can be reserved privately, so to speak. Mosque directly opposite. Everywhere in a few minutes by car. Quiet location but still central. Small dukkan around the corner with the most important things. Highly recommended.

Close to the airport, the room is relatively large, the bed and quilt are more comfortable, the only downside is that Saudi English is not very popular, most people do not speak English
