The whole is a bit old. There is no partition in the bathroom. After taking a shower, the bathroom is full of water. The sanitation is just so-so. The main convenience is that it is very close to everything. Overall, it’s okay to live like this

The hotel has a strong smell of dampness, which is very uncomfortable. The location is average. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the shopping mall. It is not very convenient to get in and out.

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

The girl in reception attitude is not good. She ask me to wait 15 mins for no smoking room , but 20 mins passed while I ask by myself , she kept me waiting and waiting, at last give me the still smoking room 😡😡😡😡😡

GGuest UserThe service is very good. Fruits will be delivered every afternoon. They will ask if other services are needed. Breakfast is mainly Arabic cuisine with Western dishes. The fruits are fresh and diverse. Blueberries, mulberries, and strawberries are all available👍, which meets the daily vitamin intake👍There is also a small shop on the first floor of the hotel, selling agarwood and perfume style local characteristics. The quality is quite good and it is open until 12 o'clock in the evening. Saudi coffee and dates are available at the front desk and lobby all day. The seaside road is right outside the door. The experience is very good. I will stay here again next time I have a chance

GGuest UserThe staff was incredibly helpful. Some of the rooms have serious humidity problems, they changed the room immediately when I requested it. It was said that this problem is common all over the city. The breakfast was good. The gym is a bit small, but there are enough treadmills and bikes.

Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service.
They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

My daughter's sleeping schedule was messed up with her canine tooth and she was upset
Also the fridge was broken and I asked them to fix it but no one came
Other than that it's my favorite hotel because of its connection to Red Sea Mall, location, cleanliness and comfort, thank God

GGuest UserThis is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel.
