Jilin Apartments

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff is particularly nice and helpful. It was very cold and rainy on the day when we left . Since we needed to take a taxi to the train station, the lady at the concierge went outside of the hotel to get a taxi for us ( quite a few taxis around that time), and then took our suitcases from the storage directly to the taxi. We are most grateful for their hospitality. The hotel itself is genuinely 5 stars in all respects. Breakfast is sumptuous and of high quality. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant there. The food was very good and the hostesses were wonderful .. Absolutely marvellous. Highly recommended.

Very satisfied. We went there during Christmas, which should be considered the peak season. In order to keep our family of four together, the hotel upgraded one of the rooms for free, and the upgraded room was very large. Hahaha, thank you! The hotel is a little far from the ski resort. Although it can't be compared with the Ski In & Ski Out hotel, the hotel has a shuttle bus, which is available on call, which is very convenient. The hotel room is very clean. Our room faces the ski resort, and we can see friends skiing in the morning. After 9 o'clock in the evening, there are noodles and porridge, which are warm and considerate. The hotel's brothers and sisters are also very kind. Since the hotel does not provide dinner, it is also convenient for us to buy takeout and eat in the restaurant, but we have to trouble them to clean up.

We were so lucky to form a group of 4. The driver and guide, Brother Lu, drove the Buick GL8 with a starry sky roof very steadily. He was very nice and enthusiastic, and arranged the time very well. He introduced us to the history and culture of the scenic spots, recommended places for us to take pictures, and took us to eat a lot of local delicacies! ! ! When we passed by a beautiful place and asked him to stop the car for us to take pictures, he would also take us there to help us take pictures, buy all the tickets, and take us out to play like taking care of children. It was so happy to travel without thinking! ! ! The 4 of us, including Brother Lu, were of similar age, and we were very happy all the way. It was a very satisfying trip to explore the snow in Northeast China!

I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

Although it was my first time staying at Hilton Hotel Jilin, it was like a tourist's home, full of warmth. Miss Jia Ru at the front desk, like other waiters, was warm and thoughtful, and provided meticulous service, and I didn't feel unfamiliar. The restaurant waiters were also warm and thoughtful, the food was rich and hygienic, and the room lady was also very good. She responded to every request and gave a very satisfactory evaluation. I will choose Hilton again when I come to Jilin in the future.

I came to this B&B on a business trip. The room is big and has a very clear TV. The owner is so attentive that the TV is available for members. It is well-received. The room is very quiet and the bed is clean. It is quite comfortable to sleep. After dinner in the evening, I went out for a walk to the villa area. It is worthy of being called the Little Switzerland of Northeast China. When I returned to the B&B, the lights hanging on several small roads were all lit up. Everything around became soft and quiet because of these lights. The environment is really good. There are free drink coupons when you check in. The drinks are good. I will come again.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the train station. The hotel is a bit old, but clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good, especially the front desk. I will stay here again next time.

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

I came to Jilin to visit friends and searched for hotels on Ctrip. I was immediately moved when I saw the name of this hotel. I thought the name of this hotel was very special. After reading the reviews, I found that it is a minimalist style that I like very much. I decided to stay here. . I didn’t find out until I lived there! The bed in the store is very soft and comfortable. I actually slept soundly! It must be praised! It's so important to have a good sleep when you go out to play~ The hygiene inside is very good, and the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good! Very satisfied, great value for money! Come again next time 😎

The transportation is very convenient, the house environment is very good, the aunt will clean the room in time, the light and view are very good. The customer service girl is very nice. It’s my first time to play and I have many questions that I don’t understand. She will reply in time and give a lot of suggestions. She is very considerate.
