Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The staff members, Xiao Xu and Xiao Lin, were very considerate and responded to our needs in a timely manner throughout our stay. The hotel environment is excellent. As soon as you enter the lobby, the high-ceiling design and gorgeous chandeliers are very impressive. The interior is surrounded by green plants, and the air is fresh and natural, just like a forest oxygen bar in the city. The room is even more surprising, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly present the city view or garden view, and first-class lighting. The furniture is neatly arranged, the decoration is exquisite and attentive, and the quality is fully demonstrated in the details. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, clean and spotless. The hotel is shaded by green trees outside, isolated from the hustle and bustle, and quiet in the midst of noise. The public areas are spotlessly clean, and all kinds of facilities are placed in order. Staying here, both the body and mind can be relaxed and soothed. It is an ideal habitat and is worth recommending!
