He proactively anticipated guests' needs, communicated appropriately, served food promptly, and paid attention to many small details. Even in a busy environment, he maintained an excellent level of service, leaving us with a great impression. He truly deserves high praise! However, I found the breakfast the next day quite disappointing; it wasn't very tasty. For a five-star hotel, the breakfast was even worse than what you'd get at an Atour hotel.

Zhangyiduo: I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms I'm always assigned are spacious and bright, and their exquisite layout makes me feel comfortable. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring an excellent night's sleep. The professionalism and enthusiasm of the service team were a highlight of this stay. Room service was prompt, and my needs were always met in a timely manner. The hotel's location is convenient, with excellent transportation links and a variety of dining and shopping options nearby, making it very easy to get around. Overall, this was a very satisfying and great stay!

Guest User: I chose this Hampton by Hilton this time, and what I was most satisfied with was the convenient parking. If you're driving, you don't have to search for a parking space at all. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. The room was generally very new, and the nightstand had built-in wireless charging. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower water pressure was excellent. I woke up early the next day for breakfast, and the selection was quite rich, with freshly made noodles available, so you could taste local flavors. Overall, the stay was comfortable and offered great value for money.

Guest User: This is a newly opened hotel, so the rooms, facilities, and cleanliness are all excellent. They even gave me a welcome gift when they found out I was there for a concert. It's also conveniently located just over two kilometers from the Taizhou Sports Center. After the concert last night, I couldn't get a taxi, but walking back was no problem at all. There are plenty of dining options nearby, many of which are open late, making it easy to order takeout after a show.

Lately, life has felt a bit exhausting, so I decided to treat myself to an "oxygen-soaking getaway." I took a trip to Shenxianju in Taizhou, and I have to say, this place is a massive energy field! Walking around and feeling the mountain breeze, I felt completely healed by nature's vitality—fully recharged✨. I took the cable car up from the South Gate, and the scenery along the way was absolutely stunning. My first stop was the long-awaited "Foying Lianyun" (Buddha Shadow Lotus Rhyme). Surrounded by mist, it really felt like stepping into a fairyland. Moving on, I saw the breathtaking "Guanyin Peak." I specifically found a side angle for a photo—with my hand on the right and the rolling mountains in the background, the interplay of mountain light, sunset glow, and the sea of clouds made me truly marvel at nature's craftsmanship📷. The part that got my heart racing the most was the "Nantian Peak"! It's the closest spot to Guanyin Peak, and standing on the glass viewing platform was a "thrilling" experience with an incredibly wide view. There's also the uniquely shaped "Ruyi Bridge." Walking across it feels like treading on clouds, and every casual photo turns out crisp and beautiful—no exaggerated filters needed. Beyond the beautiful scenery, the thoughtful service at the scenic area really won me over. I encountered many cleaning staff along the way, and the entire environment was kept very clean. An Ancient Temple in Clear Autumn: A Half-Day of Zen at Guoqing Temple Tiantai Mountain is renowned as the "Origin of Buddhism and Taoism, a place of divine mountain and water beauty," and serves as the destination of the Tang Poetry Road in Eastern Zhejiang. In the past, Xie Lingyun led his disciples to clear paths through the mountains, opening this secluded trail. Li Bai and Du Fu followed, leaving countless verses for these green hills. Xu Xiake even placed his "Travels to Tiantai Mountain" at the beginning of his travelogues, using his pen to explore the peaks. Amidst the thousand overlapping emerald peaks lies a thousand-year-old ancient temple untouched by the noise of the world—Guoqing Temple. This Sui Dynasty temple is the ancestral home of the Tiantai Sect, the first fully localized sect of Chinese Buddhism. Here, Master Zhiyi integrated Confucianism and Taoism with Buddhist philosophy, allowing Buddhism to truly take root in China. The Dharma spread eastward, profoundly influencing Buddhism in Japan and Korea. This is also the birthplace of the culture of harmony. During the Tang Dynasty, the hermits Hanshan and Shide lived here, composing poetry together, and were later revered as the "Two Immortals of Harmony." The legendary Monk Jigong, known to every household, was ordained and took his vows at Guoqing Temple in his youth, carrying compassion into the world to help others. The thousand-year-old temple holds countless stories of the ages. When Kakuei Tanaka visited China in 1972, he specifically requested to pay homage at the ancestral home of Guoqing, making this deep-mountain temple a gentle witness to the Zen connection between China and Japan. Little known is that many of the serene outdoor scenes in the classic film "Shaolin Temple" were also shot here, preserving the elegant and tranquil spirit of Guoqing in the cinematic memories of a generation. Entering the temple in autumn brings the greatest peace. The bluestone paths are covered with light moss, and the thousand-year-old Sui Pagoda stands quietly in the mountains, its reflection cast upon the clear stream like a faint ink wash painting. The water in the liberation pond is crystal clear, with koi swimming leisurely. Bamboo shadows sway gently in the breeze, leaves rustle, and faint Buddhist chants can be heard—the restlessness of the mundane world dissipates the moment you step inside. The temple is built against the mountain, with halls arranged in a scattered, elegant manner. The vermilion doors have faded, and the wooden beams are rich with the patina of time. The Hall of the Three Sages stands quietly as it always has, commemorating the three sages—Hanshan, Shide, and Fenggan—silently telling the Eastern philosophy of harmony and inclusiveness. The incense is light and unobtrusive, visitors walk softly, and the entire ancient temple is peaceful and simple, completely free from the flashy restlessness of commercialization. In the courtyard, the thousand-year-old Sui Plum tree, having withered and flourished for a millennium, retains its original spirit, serving as the quietest footnote to the temple's history. Walking slowly through the courtyard, you can see monks sweeping the steps and tending to flowers, chanting scriptures at dawn and dusk, living a simple and tranquil life. From Xie Lingyun opening the mountain and poets writing verses, to the founding of the sect in the Sui Dynasty, the lineage of harmony has continued. From the origins of Jigong at this ancient temple, to the modern convergence of Chinese and foreign Zen connections and its cinematic legacy, Guoqing Temple carries more than just a thousand years of incense; it embodies the gentle, composed, and inclusive thousand-year cultural heritage of Tiantai Mountain. A half-day of leisure washes away worldly troubles. As I leave the temple, the evening breeze is slightly cool, and the mountain forest is as quiet as ever. I finally understand that the best peace in the world is never about avoiding the noise, but about finding inner composure and guarding a lifetime of tranquility within the long, slow years of an ancient temple.
