Garin Farm: A Tranquil Retreat in the Heart of Iloilo

A spiritual experience in Garin Farm. Owned by a well known family in Iloilo, Philippines the Garin family. Garin Farm is located at San Joaquin, Iloilo the southern part of Iloilo province it is an inland resort and a functional farm that showcase agricultural practices as well as recreational place and a pilgrimage site. You can ride a jeepney or van bound for San Joaquin at Mohon Terminal or in Super Iloilo for a fare of Php 50 ($1) then tell the driver to drop you at Garin farm. The famous here is the 456-step stairs that tells nine major biblical scenes such as Noah’s Ark, birth and baptism of Jesus Christ, last supper and many more. At the top of the step stairs recreate the usual concept of what heaven looks like. This farm also have recreational activities and facilities like zip line, pool, kayaking, fishing, etc. An entrance fee of Php 150 ($3) which gives you free access to the farm and pilgrimage site but using of facilities are of separate charge.
