The fort is located on Persimmon Hill near the Arch of St. Paul's. It was built in 1616 and is one of the important historical monuments in Macau. What an amazing panoramic view from top of Macau Mount Fortress. There is one of a incredible fortress world heritage too. I like it so much and really nice place to visit. For sure i Will come back here again.

The fort was built between 1617 and 1626 by Jesuits. Nice views over Macau (when it is not hazy). The cannons were only used once: the only feat of arms is the aborted invasion of the Dutch in 1622.
