The Qian Mountains face the Bohai Sea on the south and connect to the Changbai Mountains in the north. They are a famous Taoist site. The mountains are named for the thousands of rocky peaks that look like lotus flowers. The many strange rock shapes are a unique sight of nature and create a beautiful setting. The naturally occurring Qianshan Maitreya Buddha is a sight you can't miss: the string of naturally formed prayer beads around the Buddha's chest are remarkable.Anshan · 39.8 km from Haicheng

It served as the imperial palace during the Later Jin dynasty, but became a regional palace after the capital of the Qing dynasty was changed to Beijing. Shenyang Imperial Palace Museum not only boasts exquisite ancient palace architecture, but also has a wealth of valuable items in its collections; there are, for example, a large number of relics left over from the old imperial palace. Shenyang Imperial Palace is divided into three parts according to the architectural layout and construction sequence: the eastern area is the portion built by Nurgaci, including Dazheng Hall; the central area is the portion built by Hong Taiji; and the western area is the portion built by Emperor qianlong, including Wenshuo Pavilion.China · Shenyang

As I've said before, the service attitude of the shuttle bus drivers needs improvement. Everything else is fine, but isn't it a bit cold in these small vehicles on a day like this? They should probably switch to minivans. 15 yuan isn't cheap either, and it's freezing cold.

The scenery is very charming. There is a Baiyun Temple on the mountain. You can go shopping inside. The scenery along the way is great.

Zhang Xueliang's former residence is a must-see attraction in Shenyang Fangjie Cultural Tourism Area. The architecture is distinctive and perfect for taking photos. I went during the National Day holiday, and the queue at the entrance was extremely long; I waited for over an hour to get in. Once inside, if you wanted to go upstairs to continue your visit, you had to queue for another half hour or more. The overall experience was very poor, and the orderliness of the scenic area needs improvement. The Financial Museum wasn't very popular; it mainly discusses the history of Northeast China's economy and world currencies, which was rather boring.

I thought it was great, quite interesting, and worth a visit. I also recommend hiring a guide; you can find the official guides at the entrance. It costs 40 yuan per person, which is enough for an hour.

There were so many people and tourists that I didn't have time to take in many things. It's like a low-end version of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Many of the artifacts on display were discarded from the Forbidden City. Some rooms were off-limits, so people crowded around the entrances to take photos. There was no lighting inside, so the photos didn't look great. The architecture is still quite distinctive.

The referential usage of the word "厝" is more common in the southeastern coastal areas of China. It is a miracle that it can also be seen in Haicheng, a city in the northeast! But generally speaking, the landscape of Cuoshishan Park is still very beautiful.

Summer is finally here! Crayfish vs. ice-cold cola (or ice-cold beer) – perfect! Want to know where to eat crayfish most economically and affordably? Today, I checked out Green Island Hot Spring Resort. For just 20 yuan more (you heard right!), you can enjoy a crayfish and oyster buffet, plus a fruit and drink buffet! This price is right downstairs, exactly the price of one serving of crayfish. How about that for the price? It's truly amazing! And the crayfish comes in several flavors. If you think it's just crayfish, no, no, no… there are side dishes too! Chicken, duck, fish, fried noodles, fried rice, chicken soup, duck soup – all at this price, it's a great deal even if you just come for a meal. Think of it this way: for the price of one serving of crayfish, you get a buffet, a shower, and drinks – isn't that great? Of course, the crayfish here are truly impressive. If you're expecting the size of a 258 yuan serving, it won't compare, but at this price, what more could you ask for? Come on over!
