I came here because of its reputation, and the environment is indeed very nice. It's quite close to the beach and has parking.
There are many European-style buildings inside, some are restaurants, some are creative shops, some are photography studios, and there are also banks, theaters, art galleries, etc. If you just want to see the scenery, a stroll around would take one or two hours, depending heavily on the weather; good sunshine makes for great photos. The creative shops are also worth browsing. It's a very relaxing place, but I didn't have time to visit anything else. Judging from the overall design, the night view should be amazing.
If you want to take a small boat, just let them know in advance, otherwise the driver won't point out the camera location, and the photos won't be good.
