Things to do in Fushun County

Qipanshan is a famous mountain in Shenyang City. It has a wildlife park, a film and television city, a World Horticultural Exposition Garden, many villa areas, and an outlet town. The scenery is beautiful, but it is quite far to get into the scenic area. During holidays, it is often impossible to drive in or out.

This was my second visit to Tiannv Mountain with my family. Tiannv Peak is truly beautiful. Climbing it requires some stamina. The route isn't very long, but the ascent is quite steep. I wouldn't recommend it for young children who can't walk independently. The entire route is approximately five kilometers.

It was great. There were many people there when I went, which was quite impressive. The scenery inside was also very nice, the architecture was great, and the transportation was very convenient.

Fushun Sarhu Scenic Area is free. It is quietly waiting for you to experience and appreciate it! The mountains are full of lush green plants, the air is so fresh, everything is just right! When you walk in the mountains and forests, the diffuse oxygen-rich ions make you feel very comfortable. There is no fatigue from climbing, only the enjoyment of the forest. You can also choose to take a car to see it, one way per person is 15 yuan. And it is free to drive to the parking lot! In short, it is a very conscientious scenic spot. In today's commercialized world, there are not many. Praise! 👍👍👍

It's definitely worth a visit. Three of us rented an electric scooter and drove around for 3 hours for 200 yuan, seeing most of the sights. Highly recommended. Some of the chrysanthemums had already faded, but the calamus was still in full bloom.

This was a new experience for my husband and I. We had so much fun together in the ice environment. It was our first time attempting skiing. I recommend using the double ski foot tool instead of the single because I have tried both but I felt more safe and comfortable using two. One tip is if you have never skied before then please practice first on the lower and more leveled landscapes as this helped me gain my confidence. Be aware of trainers or guides who will over price their service and they can be very persistent and pushy, this was the only part I did not like. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our time together.

I had long heard of the Shenyang Palace Museum and always wanted to visit it. Finally, I had the opportunity to come here. I queued up to enter the palace and slowly browsed through the various halls with the crowd. I felt the weight and vicissitudes of history. The palace remains, but the people come and go. The world changes, and everything has changed.

There were so many people and tourists that I didn't have time to take in many things. It's like a low-end version of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Many of the artifacts on display were discarded from the Forbidden City. Some rooms were off-limits, so people crowded around the entrances to take photos. There was no lighting inside, so the photos didn't look great. The architecture is still quite distinctive.

There weren't many people on the weekend. It's about an hour and a half drive from Shenyang, and the parking lot is large. Our total time was five hours. The air was great, and we weren't in the sun during the climb. We returned via the same route to the summit. There were plenty of benches along the way to rest, but the supply points at the top were quite high and limited, so bring your own water!

People from Liaoning who haven't been to Wansui Mountain, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, or the Movie Town in Henan can visit this place. After all, a day's visit here costs less than the travel expenses to Henan! 😂 Overall, it's not bad, but it lacks the mature cultural tourism experience of Henan. However, the scenic area is still being improved, so the future looks promising.
